   I don’t know where to start. Me and my husband made reservations here for our 1 year anniversary. I did lots of research of the place and wanted to go somewhere special. Upon walking in we weren’t sure if we were in the right spot. There was no hostess station. Staff walked right by us numerous times as if we were invisible. We literally had to go find someone next door at the hotel desk to help us. We were showed to the host. I sd I had a reservation for outside dining. It was raining so they did have some empty seats where others were sitting under the large umbrellas. The host said no you go indoors. I was absolutely so mad but I smiled. She took us to what looked like a back room. It was HORRIBLE! It looked like it should’ve been the employee break room. It was so bad. I wanted to get up and leave but we said we’d make the best of it. It took forever for the waiter to take our order. We started off ordering drinks. He brought my husband drink but not mines. I figured the bar was still making it. We ordered nachos. He set a plate in front of us with only chicken and cheese on it. We asked the waiter doesnt this come with guacamole and sour cream etc? I said I was sure I saw other items included on the menu. He said oh yes and brought it in cups which was fine. I said soooo I ordered a drink and never received it and he literally said “oh you wanted to order it?” Uh that was the entire point of me giving you my drink order. I was so over it. Our experience was so bad from start to finish. The spared no expense for the decor outside but if you have to be seated inside just go elsewhere. It’s almost like you’re in a basement. No music. You’re just sitting there. I wish we had of went elsewhere.

   The interactive shows and dancing was great but the actual food and service was very lackluster and disappointing.

   Understaffed, took so long to receive the drinks and food. Show was a joke nothing interesting . One dance every hour. They falsely advertised for the show and dinner.

   From the second we came, our service was horrible. It was 4 of us there and they sat us at an over size table that was for 8. Once we had gotten situated, they attempted us to move to smaller area where it was in direct sunlight. Then we were told that the mimosas in fact were not bottomless, but 1 bottle for each person. The menu didn’t state that and it also stated we would have 2 hours for bottomless mimosa but was told after being seated it was only 1.5 hour. After we ordered our mimosa, they came and brought us these plastic flutes that were dirty and was told they didn’t have any more cups. We demanded to get regular cups and they were rude about the situation and didn’t even want to provide us regular glass cups. The manager was rude and made it a point to go look for 1 glass cup and then set it on my table and said are you happy now? I was taken back at their service and how the were not accommodating at all. I would never recommend This place and would advise that people go check out Limonada instead! They truly had bottomless mimosa and their service was great.

   I went here to celebrate my birthday but instead I was forced to cry in my hotel room because the waitress was moving an umbrella and instead of paying attention spilled all the water from the umbrella onto my outfit. They ruined my birthday. The flyer also stated that the show started at 8 however no one came out until 9-ish. I honestly had hope for this place. I do not recommend.

   Food was ok. You ask for utensils from staff they say ok and then just stand there. When you make eye contact they just walk away. Took our waiter a bit to get back to us. The night was busy in the courtyard. If you go just be prepared to stay a while.

   Rude staff only gave a 2 star because our server was great but the host and the person who seated us definitely were very rude especially since we had a reservation already and showed up early. Then used the rain as an excuse to not seat us outside and it didn’t even rain. Our server did the best she could so thank you ! We didn’t get her name. But once we were seated it still took about 20-30 mins for us to order we almost left to go to another place down the block. All in all we probably won’t be back.

   Very Fun experience, the dancers were amazing and invited us to dance very energetic. the food was very good i would definitely come back!

    The restaurant is beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Our food was delicious, not one complaint. The music was great! The atmosphere was fun! Everything we got was worth it. Will definitely be coming back.
