I was on vacation this week. I came here twice. This restaurant is outstanding. Excellent taste on everything, from the salsa to the entrees. I especially liked the Ribeye Taco!

The service was excellent. Dylan did such an amazing job, very friendly and helpful, made us feel so welcomed. The appetizers were delicious as well as the drinks.

I was glad I made a reservation because the place was packed! Service was great and the location is beautiful. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our food. It was not what we remembered from having been there 3-4 years ago. My husband ordered the Kobe steak and eggs and the meat was bland and had no flavor. I ordered the chilaquiles and they were okay but the scrambled eggs on top were over cooked and hard. My girls loved their quesadillas with chicken and the other with chipotle shrimp.

It was a bummer because we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, but we were thankful for the great service. Just wish the food would have been just as good.

Gaston saved the day. After the inside and outside hostess botched our outside table request for our noon reservation not one but three times - we finally sat down thanks to the bartender Gaston’s intervention almost an hour after we arrived on time for our resi. The managers comped a few rounds of drinks and so we were fine after that. Beautiful setting, yummy drinks, decent food- just make sure you micro manage the hostesses or they will give your table away! All in all it ended up being a lovely time. I think by free tequila helped :)

Staff is so AMAZING, always such great service. Went for brunch, high recommend the chilaquiles (add carne asada). A great starter is the street corn and coconut calamari. Watermelon skinny margarita is delicious.

Overall positive considering the circumstances. 3 comments in specific: the service was a bit slow, the waitress didn’t ask us what size margaritas we wanted and assumed we wanted the larger and told us it was only $2 more when we brought it up - however the smaller ones are more concentrated and taste better and finally her comments “do you want an appetizer for your larger party” twice rubbed the wrong way.

Every thing was wonderful. We used to get Christian or Romone but today we got Israel. He was a gym! The food was great and met the new GM John who shows great professionalism!

Pretty solid food, I had the grain bowl which was delicious, and my husband had the chilaquiles and carnitas, which was ok, nothing super special. Chips and salsa app was great and the black beans were SO good. Great ambiance and live music.

Had reservations and requested a table with a view. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate us. The food was very good. Our waiter was friendly when we could find him. Apparently, there was a table where he knew the party and spent time chatting with them...

Personally do not care for black beans and that is all they have. I had goat cheese enchiladas just okay. Guest ordered grilled fish tacos she did not care for them either.

I went there for my birthday. It was amazing like before. I mean it’s a tad overpriced for mexican but it’s so good you really don’t care. This is definitely our go to place from now on when we are in the area.

Our waiter told us that Sol had the best margaritas and tacos, so I ordered both.
The margarita was average, I ordered a large and it was seriously in a large glass filled with ice. Maybe the regular is the same way. I don't understand the point, other than to have the customer pay more and get less.
On to the tacos, they were good, but not outstanding.
Our waiter was very pushy with the drinks, appetizers and food. We really did not need the guacamole, cheesy corn along with chips salsa.
I've had much better Mexican food, service and drinks elsewhere. Its a busy restaurant, most likely due to the scene, not the food & drink.

Usually love this place! This time when I ordered my usual favorite the short ribs barbacoa, it was different. too hot and flavor was off, color was off it was too red.
the beans and rice were old too. please address this issue cuz i love this place!

Overall, it was a good experience and the food, especially the taco snacks they gave us in the beginning, was good. We were treated very well by our waitress and she brought us everything we wanted (we were not an easy table) and plenty of it. No complaints. The music was loud at the beginning, especially since the speaker was next to our ear. But the manager understood, and was nice enough to lower it upon our request.

The reason I gave it a 3 star for Service was because when we arrived on time (we had reservations for 6 and had specified from the previous day that we preferred balcony seating), they were far from being ready for us. The hostess did not seem at all concerned that she made us wait 20 minutes because the tables had not been put side by side yet. It was 2:30 pm, so I can't say that it was a busy mealtime and the place had few guests. The hostess's favorite saying was "give us five minutes", but eventually, once you do the math, all those five minuteses became a total of 20. We had made reservations both by phone and on OpenTable. Surely they knew we were coming...

It was really bad. Waiters was short or something ? Don’t know came really late to serve then was good friendly at all felt like kind of mad and it was our son bday we requested in the reservations to give nice inside table but still got bad view outside tent table. At the time of the desert cuz of my son bday asked the waiter to plz clean the table for the desert but waiter didn’t like that all showed us bad attitude and said he doesn’t clean he will send the cleaning guy but that cleaning guy never came still serve us desert in dirty table with dinner dishes pilled up

Great location overlooking the boats. Excellent tasty food but quite pricy at $11 for 1 taco. Great guacamole and good chips. Pretty noisy and a he building needs some visible repairs which detract from the interior.

Went to celebrate with a friend, despite having a reservation made nearly a week in advance the hostess couldn’t find it. She said she would “do us a favor” and sat us at the bar. Once I found proof of the reservation and showed it to her there was absolutely no effort in accommodating the reservation with a better table. Once sat we were rushed through our drinks so we decided to not even order dinner.

So much for a celebration.
