This restaurant is probably great to go with friends and have a good time, it's not so much about the food. The food was good, but nothing memorable. The pancakes were the best dishes. It would have been good for the menu to have a better description of ingredients in their dishes. The service was fine, but could have been better. Beware that it's only cash or Amex.

LOVE! the food and service were amazing. both of us don't eat meat and ordered items on the menu that were vegetarian. we didn't know the kimchi fried rice had spam but our server realized we weren't ordering meat or seafood so he informed us about the spam and had them take it out. can't wait to go back!

Delicious food, service was quick but we didn't feel rushed to leave (we dined on a Tuesday night.) Nightly special mung bean pancake was good. We enjoyed the fried dumplings as well as the steamed shrimp dumplings, plus the kimchi fried rice with cheese and the fried chicken. Everything was delicious! Enjoyed the soju cocktails as well, which were easily split amongst the 3 of us.

The food was good and the service was excellent. The music it too load and it was hard to hear the other guests when we were talking. I would recommend the museum be turned down...so that the other diners would not have to speak so loudly.

The waiter had misheard my order and was rude about it, denying that I had ordered something else. The ambience was very loud and it was hard to have a conversation. The soju was exceptional and a great price. Overall better for a bigger group of people.

I have been to Soju Haus twice now, and the food is constantly amazing. I also fell in love with your apple and Peach Soju, really wanting to try Yuzu in the future. The vibe is high energy and everyone is so happy to be there. The servers are all helpful and very polite, however infrequently checking in with the experience.

Outstanding food reasonably priced for being in 5th Avenue. Will come back for sure. Service was attentive and food was delivered quickly. Great for dinner before sport event or show at MSG. My only complaint is that it’s cash only or AMEX but they have an ATM in the restaurant that charges $2 per transaction.

3 of us sat at the high community tables near the elevator. Great vibe. Love the sleek look with lots of wood. Servers were great and answered our questions. Quality of the food was very good. Bulgogi, pork belly and chive omelette were delicious and a perfect about for three people to share. Lots of choices of beverages including of course soju. Very reasonable prices for good quality and fun time. Plan to be back.

Never had Soju before although have eaten at several Korean restaurants, including one in Seoul. Server was right on with recommendation. Food was delicious, although restaurant a bit noisy. Most of the diners were Korean which meant we were in the right place. Very good value.

Highly recommend. The food was delicious and not too expensive! I've been to a lot of restaurants in the Ktown area but Soju Haus had a lot of unique choices that I haven't seen offered anywhere else. I also really liked that they had specials- something I never see in Ktown! I'm definitely going to come back more often... I just wish they offered reservations on the weekends...

Love this place. Fun atmosphere delicious food and great service. Prices seem steep, but the portions are meant to be shared. Seafood pancakes, grilled squid and a dozen oysters (Wednesday’s special $1 oyster day) were all so good and enough for two. Delicious cocktails that are also larger proportions and the price definitely reflects that, but it’s like two cocktails in one jar. A bottle of Soju & a beer was the best value for me, personally. Cash/Amex only!

My friends and I have been coming to this place since 2016. We come here for group dinner and drinking. The food is great and very authentic. Our favorite dish is pork feet (any style) and the rice is top with dry fish and an egg (free before 8 pm on weekdays!) nonetheless to say that we’ll always come back here

My favorite Korean in the neighborhood! Always delicious and a vibrant crowd! Mixed it up this visit and tried the braised Monkfish. Spicy and comforting on a pre Thanksgiving bash. Can’t wait to return.

We had such a fun night at Soju Haus. The staff helped us pick some great dishes. We tried the Haus Cucumber Soju Cocktail and a Frozen Beer with Sizzling Bulgolgi and Chive Pancake. Everything was amazing, service was wonderful. Helpful and attentive, but not rushing us out. Good to knows: they only accept cash and AmEx, the elevator is TINY (like no more than 2 people fit)and the low top tables have seats that you can store your stuff in, like seriously pick up the cushion and shove your jacket in there.

I loved all the food! The staff was the friendliest, most helpful! We were going to order two pitchers of drinks and our waiter automatically didn't just say yes to a bigger check, he cautioned us to have one, and if we want a second one he would be more then happy to bring us our second choice! We asked several members of the staff for recommendations and they were friendly and great recommendations! Even though we were there for hours (eating & drinking) and it got busier later in the night, they didn't rush us out. The decor, food, and ambiance were great! Also, how do they get the bathrooms to smell so good?!
