In Korean culture, liquor and food have always had a strong connection. Since Korean cuisine does not pair well with wine or whiskey, Soju Haus serves its authentic Korean food with Soju and other traditional Korean liquors. Soju Haus aspires to spread the Korean culture throughout New York City, one of the most influential cities regarding food and culture, to create an environment in which people can indulge in delicious food while also getting a taste of Korean culture.
