We used to try to set up department lunches at this place for 20 or so people. Now I don't think I would come back here under any circumstances. Ever since this restaurant has changed management, it has gone down hill. The food doesn't taste as good. They tell you that the food will be ready in 30 minutes, but take almost an hour to prepare. Even then, it was the wrong order. But they don't seem to care about customer service, because even after informing them that the order is wrong, they just act like... "ok, and..." Maybe it's just the lunch crew, but this is definitely not the spot to go for lunch. Stay away unless you have all the time in the world and don't mind waiting around for them to get your order right!

This was our first time to this Soi.7. The Thai food was very delicious and presented nicely. The cocktails were well concocted and we received the happy hour pricing. The wait staff was attentive and very accommodating. The restaurant is quite large and bit cavernous which was surprising. However it was very clean and well maintained. I will return.

The chicken red curry was delicious and a great value as a lunch special. Will definitely go back and try something else.

We enjoyed the food, but the selection was somewhat uninspiring. Maybe we had already experienced too many real Thai restaurants to be inspired by the hip gloss employed here.

Soi.7 was suggested by my business colleague, it was a very nice meal, good unobtrusive service. Lunch specials were good quick and a wide range of Thai food choices. But the Thai Ice Tea was spectacular and very tasty!

Soi.7 was just okay. Yelp and Tomato both had it at 4 stars, but we found it to be 3 at best. Device was good, but the food was mediocre. Will not return.

We were a party of 4 w/ 2 kids. All shared plates and we all, kids too, thought the food was outstanding. Our server was not on par with food. Barely going through the motions. We travel to downtown LA 5 times/yr and despite the poor service we ll go back.

Excellent food in a quiet space, feels like you're transported to Thailand. I stayed all afternoon and enjoyed lunch, tea and a few meetings - quiet enough to discuss private business, large tables available for group meetings/events. Try the duck rolls and the mango / sticky rice dessert - excellent!

Nothing modern about the cuisine, just basic Thai fare. The food is a bit dull and uninspiring. Alas, it's not bad either,just not as advertised.
