Best Thai food in the valley!! Always prepared to perfection!
Overall food was ok, not great like we expected. Service was poor, were
We had a very nice dinner. We had the barbecue chicken, the fried catfish and the duck. All three dishes were very good. Thai food can be very spicy but you can have it mild or less spicy. They are nice to explain how hot the different dishes are. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We had a lovely dinner at Soi4. The food was delicious, the martini made perfectly and a nice birthday surprise for my husband with delicious coconut ice cream. Very pretty decor. We will be returning for sure!
Nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Food prepared with care and attention to detail. Everything we ordered tasted great. This will likely become a regular spot since it’s close to home.
We eat here frequently. It is always a gastronomical experience. The food is fresh and a wonderful blend of spices. Really a treat.
The flavors are amazing here. Love the variety of Thai cooking styles and the fresh taste of everything. Highly recommended!
Delicious, tasty chicken wings and green chicken curry. Handsome and stylish decor. Great attentive service.
Excellent food- service was quick and very good. Glad we had a reservation since it was busy
Skip the chicken and shrimp dumplings. No take. Loved the seafood stew with calamari, shrimp, clams, scallops and fish.
All good, but the restaurant was too warm inside. No A/C
Soi 4 always pleases. Food is clean and flavorful. Gluten free options very good!
The place wasn’t easy to find but finally got there. The food was good except the dumplings. Would not order them again. The curry was excellent. Duck was very good and seafood was ok. Interesting specialty cocktails were very good. Wait staff was very friendly.
We had been to this restaurant previously, but wanted to go back and introduce some friends to Thai food. Initially, when we were seated, the service was quite slow. We did not receive any attention until the other two group members arrived, which was frustrating because we had no appetizers or drinks while we waited. Once they arrived, we were approached and able to order drinks, food, etc. The food was very flavorful and a big hit with our group.
We two snowbirds have been eating here since it opened however many years back and continue to love it! The menu this year is a bit more varied and we appreciate the additions. Happy Hour extends until 6:30 so try to get in and enjoy some bargain drinks and street snacks before dinner. Their specialty drinks are excellent so experiment. Pick ingredients you like, and find a cocktail that includes them. We enjoyed the vegetable rolls and roti appetizers We each chose an entree with eggplant: the shrimp and eggplant was excellent as was the eggplant vegetable dish. If you are unfamiliar with Japanese eggplants, this is a good way to discover their wonderful flavor and texture. For dessert we split the fried mango, ice cream and warm berries. It was a truly lovely evening, never rushed but well attended. We recommend it to our friends.
We ate on their little outside patio. Service was exceptional. They offered us their happy hour specials since we were there before it ended. We picked a couple of appetizers off the HH menu and a couple of entrees off the regular menu. Pacing of the courses was perfect. Food quality was outstanding, and they were very accommodating to my picky husband who likes his food super simple. We will definitely go back!
The variety of appetizers and entrees we chose were all excellent. The menu had changed since our last visit, so there were many items that sounded great, and we had to narrow it down. We have been there several times in the past and the food and service have been consistently excellent. We will return.
Just perfect. Super tasty Thai
One of the best meals I’ve had in Scottsdale in a long time. Service was a bit slow, but the overall experience was great.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Scottsdale!
I have always really liked any dish I have ordered here. The servers are Thai and are very friendly and welcoming.
On our first arrival, a lady was complaining about not being helped so they left. We got seated but we had to help ourselves to menus. We made sure we flagged a waitress down to order and address the wait time issue. She said kitchen was behind but luckily we only waited 20 min for all our food. Pineapple fried rice, pad thai, roti and yellow chicken curry were tasty.
We were there for a little under two hours because service was slow. We were only 3 people. Two tables of two seated after us managed to get their appetizers and entree and leave before we got our entree.
They ran out of mushrooms and we ordered two dishes with mushrooms. We were asked only about the soup with mushrooms being substituted with other vegetables, but not our chicken entree. I assumed it had a different type. Well, it didn’t come with mushrooms.
Flavor profile is authentic so it wasn’t a big deal other than losing umami and and protein from the mushrooms.
I like the lighting and decor. Drinks were nice. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
Food was delicious but it took a LONG time to get our food. Server was great
Had a wonderful evening at Soi4 this week. We were seated right at our reservation time. Found a nice bottle of wine from their Wine List, which is on the small side, but where all bottled wines are also available by the glass. Started with the dumplings which were crispy fried and very tasty. For entrees, I had the pan seared sea bass which was simply prepared but with wonderful Thai flavors. My husband had short ribs in Panang Curry and they were meaty and flavorful. We stopped up every last bit of his curry sauce with a side of warm Roti bread. Shared a mango and berries and ice cream dessert which was great. Ambiance is lovely, service was good even though it was very crowded on the night we dined. We’ll definitely return. Recommended!
Excellent Thai —unusual cuisine with wonderful flavors
Excellent menu, environment and service.
Quick little Valentine's Day date. Two apps, a main and two sides were had. Everything is delicious. Sweetness can be found in most of the food we ordered but it wasn't overwhelming and was a pleasant treat. The turnip cakes are to die for. The Roti has almost a creamy texture, as if you were eating a tortilla that was made by a croissant baker. The coconut rice should be a dessert it's so good. I'm not used to Pad Thai being a little sweet but that seemed to be the theme of the night, although the prawns were large, unsweet, seasoned properly and cooked well. The calamari is more delicately cooked here than in other establishments which left it more chewy. A tasty change of pace and one of the only dishes without sweetness. I've been looking for good Thai food since my trips to Thailand but people here just don't know Thai food beyond Thai Basil which is gross. Soi4 is amazing. The timing of the dishes was impeccable and plates kept coming out in a sequence resembling a 4 or 5 course meal.
It was awesome. I like boobs . Booooooooooooobies!!!!!!!!!'nnnnnmmm
we had a nice time. cool place; low key too. will attend again
the best of the best..... and i'm writing the rest of this because your stupid program requires at least 150 words. News Flash - wordy is not good.
Place was great, and food was better! Service was okay, but it was Valentine's Day and the place was very busy.
Delicious as always. Really clean interesting flavors and gluten free options!
Always consistent, always excellent. One of our favorite restaurants in Scottsdale.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.
Great meal and great service
Excellent Thai food. Really - excellent. Better than we find in New York. Try it.
Inspite of online reservations and 7empty tables, we were told to take the worst table. Arrogance at checkin. 7 tables which were reported to be reserved were still empty until v checked out. Drinks came after we were finished our appetizers . Only plus is food. Poor management & arrogance overall.
Upstairs floor way too shaky and seems unsafe. Don’t like to bounce while we eat when people walk. One of the specials we ordered ended up being similar to a kid’s meal. Appetizers aren’t worth the calories. Service was fine. Poor value for the money.
First time there and can’t wait to come back!! Food was amazing!
