Soi4 Bangkok Eatery - Scottsdale
"Soi" is a Thai word for side streets or alleyways that, together, form the essential lifeline that makes up the fabric of Bangkok city. Like the city, our menu is a modern take on the traditional through the use of fresh local ingredients, sustainable practice, and creative approach to authentic Thai dishes. At Soi 4, we also offer Thai inspired artisanal cocktails and a wide variety of local and imported beers.
….influenced, accented, tinged, anything but "fusion'. We like to see it as a beginning of something interesting.
Chai yo – Cheers!
We went for Restaurant Week and it was absolutely amazing! Service and food were outstanding, the ambiance was exquisite and my overall experience was so fantastic!! I’m definitely coming here again and again! Thank you Soi 4 Bangkok Eatery being on Restaurant Week so that I could try your excellent food!
Always delicious...the duck dish and the rice dishes are excellent choices.
Pleasantly surprised how good the meal was. Great Thai fusion!
Will go back again soon.
The food was so good I can’t wait to visit again. My favorite is calamari. The crab fried rice is to die for!
Great first time experience. Food was excellent, service was outstanding. Nice ambiance, and noise factor was unnoticeable. Will definitely be back. Great addition to the neighborhood.
Never miss an opportunity to dine at Soi4. Food and service are consistently excellent and the atmosphere is conducive to conversation. Favorite dish is star anise with tofu and rice noodles, though everything is good. Enjoyed eggplant on this visit, and guest ordered chicken with a coconut sauce that was especially yummy.
It is worth driving a little extra to get to Soi4.
Consistently good food at lunch, but really slow service.......charming wait person but she was taking only one order at a time and the restaurant was pretty full. Finally asked her to take our order when she took order of person who came in After us. Expect long leisurely waits or go somewhere else
We would highly recommend this restaurant! Our server gave us some great recommendations (Pad Ke Mao, Gai Pik Khing, and Panang Neur) and suggested we start with one side of rice and add more as we want it, which was a great tip. The Chambord Berries Gelato was a great way to end the meal.
We had Gai Yang with green papaya salad and steak salad (both served with sticky rice) with thai iced tea.
Waitress did not mention Thai iced tea is presweetened.
Gai Yang was a little dry; Steak salad lacked lime. Papaya salad was excellent.
Since no one came to check up on our meal I went to the kitchen to get some chili-lime sauce for the steak, which I imagine should have been provided to us with the meal.
Waitress was annoyed. Hmm.
I've dined here before but my sister and brother-in-law from Philly were visiting and raved about the Thai food they get at home. I made a 5pm reservation, when they re-open for dinner and happy hour begins. The entrance is near Sprouts and there is a small nicely set up outdoor patio. My sister has many food allergies but we were assured that they make all their food to order and are accustomed to special requests. The decor is contemporary and colorful and the dining room has spacious high ceilings that belied the upstairs seating. Everything we ordered was wonderful; my sister and I ordered Prawns with eggplant (and other veggies) and the chili sauce comes on the side so she ate hers without it. The fried calamari appetizer also comes with sauce on the side and we had two of those. My brother-in-law ordered a fish/shellfish dish with yellow curry that was very tasty and I'm not a big fan of curry. Naturally, we over-ordered and had some to take home. I'd requested the server that waited on me the last time and both she and another remembered me, which was nice. I had the wonderful Thai Tea; my family had alcoholic beverages they liked so much, they had two of each! There is music in the background that is not overpowering and doesn't interfere with conversation. The service was excellent and my family liked it so much, we went back two nights later (of a 4 night visit)! My sister reordered the Prawns with eggplant; I chose the Shrimp with mango that was spicy, but not too much for me. All the dishes had thin sliced vegetables and I still wound up with leftovers... Can't wait to go back again!
Simply the best Thai cuisine I've ever had. There is no question the chef has talent.
This is a most wonderful restaurant in Scottsdale
Food is great and service the best
As always another excellent meal & atmosphere at Soi 4!
First time attending for my husbands birthday. Great recommendations with cocktails food and desserts! Food was outstanding, we will definitely be back again.
The food and service was excellent.
Always excellent as only the freshest of ingredients are used
Good food in a nice setting. Very helpful wait staff explaining and recommending dishes. Enjoyed a relaxed evening out with my wife.
Always great food and good drinks!! Love Happy hour!
Great evening. Loved the meal. Will definitely go back!!
Excellent Service by Moi and Nong! Excellent food!
Great food and service!
Enjoyed our meal with friends and kids. Timing if everything was right. Only issue I had was the drunken beef was too spicy for me. I don’t recall being asked what temp I’d like, so assume I got the standard, next time I’ll be be sure to order level of spicy too. I’ll go back!
Food is always amazing, but staff can be a little less than attentive.
This is the 4th time I went here and service is always slow. But the 4th time, it was extremely slow. We wondered if the waitress forgot to put our order in the system. Food is good though.
Wonderful dinner. Our waitress was so helpful with suggestions as to what to order. We are visiting from Wisconsin and heard Bob Uecker talking about Soi 4 during a baseball broadcast. Highly recommended your restaurant. We are so glad we stopped in and would definitely come back again.
Always good food. Some delays in service. Staff seemed way too busy.
Always fantastic. Love Soi 4.
We have been dining at Soi 4 ever since it opened in Scottsdale, and recommend it in all regards. Service is always impeccable, the food is delicious, cocktails are carefully made, and the ambiance is always pleasant. We return again and again to enjoy this special, and reliable restaurant.
Very pleasant. Not rushed to leave. We visited with our friends!
Everything was very good. Loved food selection
The service was very good but the food was disappointing. Nice atmosphere but our food was bland despite the menu description and server’s comments.
Without a doubt, Soi4 is the best Thai food in town. I’ve loved everything I’ve ever tried there with my favorite being the spicy wide noodles with skirt steak..it’s SO flavorable and the skirt steak is very tender! We also love their sea bass and braised beef short ribs. And save room for the coconut ice cream. It’s superb! The service and ambiance are also excellent. Enjoy!
Excellent food and very innovative
Food is delicious! The crispy curry cups are a real treat. Always enjoy eating there.
Excellent curry dishes. My wife and I were impressed with the flavors and unique variety of seafood and curry dishes available.
Greeted at the door and shown to our table immediately. The waitress knew my name and introduced herself. She was efficient and very good at her job, while being friendly and outgoing at the same time.
The food came out in a timely fashion.
Our whole group enjoyed the experience and we will definitely return when next in Scottsdale.
Amazing food and service!
Great thai food. Menu offers multiple options. Good for as ny occasion.
A unique restaurant. Flavorful dishes beautifully presented.
