It was ok but not great as was expected
Have been dining here for lunch and dinner for years. Consistently good food and service.
A great regular place to dine with friends and business associates.
Holiday dinner with friends
We had a lovely lunch! The service by Daniel was impeccable! The food was fresh & prepared beautifully. The salmon was cooked perfectly & served on a tasty salad. The crab cake salad was also excellent. The noodle bowl was delicious with just the right amount of spice & heat. The only small note was the proteins in the bowl were too large to eat in one bite & needed to be removed to cut into bite sized pieces.
We just enjoy the neighborhood gem! I would like to see some variation in the menu. That being said, the food is always good!
We had a wonderful night at SOHO. We arrived early and the hostess got us seated early. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Menu has great options, but it's not overwhelming. We had a generously portioned, delicious crabcake appetizer, filled with quality meat. We both had beef entrees seasoned and cooked to perfection. Again, generous portions and tremendous side dishes. A lovely place with great food and people. 1 app, 2 entrees, and 3 cocktails and we paid much less than we've ever paid for a similar experience in the city.
Four of us enjoyed dinner with some creative dishes that were very good. The service was fast and attentive but not too much. Wine list is small but has a good range of options.
Food and service were wonderful. Took a friend for her birthday. Both had the Apple and sweet sausage ravioli. Outstanding! Just mentioned to server it was her birthday when we ordered dessert, without any further discussion, hers was brought out in beautiful birthday presentation. Great evening.
Wonderful atmosphere, fabulous food and the very finest service. I will give Soho ten stars🤗
Great food, great service. Made us feel valued as the customer while still having reasonable prices.
First time with friends. A good experience All around
Took a friend to SOHO for lunch for her birthday. It was terrific ... excellent food & service and great value
Awesome food and great service. Thanks AJ, you are a rockstar. We had the apple sausage ravioli and pork chop. Excellant choices and dessert was apple crisp to top off Anniversary dinner. We will return soon.
Consistently good food and really great service. The staff work at knowing their patrons and being especially attentive to personal interest.
The food was great but service was average at best. It took over ten minutes for someone to bring us water. We asked the hostess for water and she said no but that our server was stuck with a chatty table and would be over soon. Appetizers came out before drinks. We requested more bread but never received. Waitress made comments like "WOW you guys ate that fast" and "Can I take this plate away? I know you guys are hungry so I don't want to get my fingers bitten off!" We ordered an extra entree to share for the table because we all wanted to try it, and that was met with a snide comment as well. Again food was great (try the apple sausage ravioli!), but service could use some additional training.
Great food and service. Perfect for birthdays and anniversaries. Can be noisy sometimes.
Good service - host stand, server, management. Location and parking is super easy to access.
Food is consistently yummy.
Great soups, and a wonderful Two for Steak dinner. And great beer and wine, of course!
Over brining pork and chicken. Can’t taste the food. Need to indicate heavily brined food since people have salt restrictions.
One of our favorite restaurants!
Nice time. Great steak.
Normally I would rank this restaurant 5's but this visit was not good . The dinners were fine except for the salads which had no dressing and so much blue cheese that was all you could taste. Our server was very nice but the service was extremely slow. We had soup, tuna tartar and Chicken Nothing that would take any extra time. Hopefully this is the exception and not the norm now.
I would consider this restaurant a “special occasion” type place. Although pricey the food was excellent. The flavors of the chicken piccata and the roasted chicken were delicious. They make a wonderful white peach bilini that makes you feel like your eating a fresh peach and the color is oh so girly!!!!
The food was delicious. I went for my birthday and really enjoyed my main course.
This is my go to neighborhood restaurant. Well managed, friendly, good food selection and great service. I've been a happy customer for years.
The filet special was quite good but the apple and sausage ravioli was excessively sweet, like a dessert. Would be better in small portion like an appetizer.
The snapper entre was outstanding.
wine suggestion was just ok.
Service was leisurely, but that was ok.
Took some folks from out of town here and they really enjoyed it - appetizers were tasty and the entrees were awesome! Fresh salmon and snapper! They were great to work with my dietary restrictions!
Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was great. I would definitely go back.
Always delivers. Can’t wait for the Dunday Lobster Dinner to come back.
Birthday dinner. Server was great. Good food
Not the SOHO we are used to. Service was extremely slow to start with. Food was not as good as usual. The calamari was too salty and had too much of the sauce. I got the tuna and the vegetables were cold. Disappointed in this trip.
We were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The only drawback was that the back room did not appear to be airconditioned and the hostess tried seating us there. But, we asked for a booth in the other part of the restaurant and she was happy to move us. The food was very good and the flavors wree unique and yummy: artisan & chopped salads, elk, pork chop & fish. Only one recommendation, on the proscuitto & arugula flatbread appetizer - it was served on big crackers - hard to eat and crumbly. The flavors were nice - loved the fig jam. Would just suggest serving it on an actual flat bread type of crust.
We will be back and recommend it to friends.
Best Calamari in the world. I make a reservation at Soho every time I am back in ATL.
When you order the fish special and it comes out over cooked and very dry it's hard to give a good review. They need some direction in the kitchen. The other entree we ordered was the pork - medium, and it came out medium well to well.
The food is always delicious. Great staff and atmosphere.
The entire experience was great! Went to celebrate fiance's birthday, and they made it EXTRA special. Will be back again, and of course recommend to any and everyone.
It was my birthday and my friends took me out for dinner.
Excellent restaurant with down to earth, well prepared dishes at reasonable prices. Service was prompt and attentive. They have a very active bar scene as this seems to be a place that locals frequent often. My wife says that her calamari and mussels appetizers were great and my filet mignon special that evening was a perfect medium rare and fork tender. Save room for the chocolate bread pudding like no other you've ever had! This will be a must go to again place next time we are in Atlanta.
