   Nice restaurant in middle of downtown Bradenton. Enough parking available on the front and rear of the restaurant. Nice ambiance and well decorated. Limited menu, but probably adequate for the size of the restaurant. Drinks were very good. Food was ok (middle of the road). My wife's dinner came before mine, about 4-5 minutes before mine did. Service was good, except that they forgot to bring me my second drink. The servers seem slightly overwhelmed with how busy the place was (the server told us 3 times). They may need more servers, especially if they open the outside patio. I know the restaurant opened, 2-3 months ago, but they still need to work on a few issues, like food coming at the same time, more servers, having to walk through the kitchen to go to the bathroom. Overall we will go back, but not memorable.

   Sofra is new in Bradenton …. Open less than 2 months. My wife and I decided to try it out on a Sat night…we ordered wine by the glass, beet salad, Casio e Pepe, and Branzino with mushroom risotto and shared it all. Food was fantastic…this is not a Pizza place….more northern Italian….wine by the glass reasonably priced…will be coming back again

   Dinner was delish. Snapper special was a large portion and my friend said it was the best Bolognese she ever had. 🍷👍

   The menu is limited. The food was good, although the fish filet was small and there was very little meat in the bolognese. The drinks were delicious and the service was fantastic. The chef came to the table and was very congenial..

   Very good service. Waitress was very attentive. Food was great! Nice quiet ambiance - noted was not crowded at time of visit so not sure of accoustics if packed restaurant. Very enjoyable....
