Sierra our waitress+ was a wonderful source of info for our table of 6. She truly loves her job, the food , the owners and Chef Mandi. Should have taken pics but didn’t. The octopus app was delish! As was the beet salad. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. Pork chop x 2. snapper x 2, branzino and bolognese. The desserts were absolutely the best. White choc cake, panna cotta, the pear. Wish we tried the fluffy cheesecake!!! Definitely will when we go back. There is easy parking in front and back. Fun cocktails and homemade sangria. Everything was beautifully plated. Chef came out to our table to check on us. Only been opens 3 months. Give them a try!

Trendy, clean, and accessible restaurant downtown Bradenton. The staff were super friendly and at our service. Staff made excellent recommendations. We tried the Burrata made with homemade pesto made from arugula and cashews. The accompanying bread was excellent. What a creative spin on traditional pesto. I enjoyed my Passion fruit lychee tini. A bit more passionfruit would have been more to my liking. My partner didn't care for their Sofrarita cocktail. We didn't send it back but I am certain they would have exchanged it without a problem. We had salads with protein, roasted Brussels sprouts, steak, and fries. We loved the homemade white chocolate dessert. The poached pear dessert was a close second. The waitress surprised me with offering super affordable wine specials of $15 a bottle. We selected the Pinot Grigio which was outstanding. I am a firm believer you can get a nice $10 bottle of wine. Here's my proof. We will return. I'm already planning for the butternut squash soup and charred octopus!

What a total transformation of this place! The owners opened up the space so beautifully. Decor is so beautiful. Food is amazing!! #SupportBradentonrestaraunts👍🏼

We had a very good experience at Sofra. The appetizers and entrees were tasty; the white chocolate torte was excellent for dessert. We ordered the arancini and octopus to share and both were delicious. Portions are not too big thankfully; we still had leftovers to take home! Cocktails were great and the list is very extensive! Service was very friendly and did not rush us into ordering or through our meal like most places. The decor was nice with all the macrame chandeliers and the cool bar. I do think the space could be warmed up in some way…maybe with upholstered chairs or some throw rugs or plants…any colorful addition. We will definitely be back!

Nice restaurant in middle of downtown Bradenton. Enough parking available on the front and rear of the restaurant. Nice ambiance and well decorated. Limited menu, but probably adequate for the size of the restaurant. Drinks were very good. Food was ok (middle of the road). My wife's dinner came before mine, about 4-5 minutes before mine did. Service was good, except that they forgot to bring me my second drink. The servers seem slightly overwhelmed with how busy the place was (the server told us 3 times). They may need more servers, especially if they open the outside patio. I know the restaurant opened, 2-3 months ago, but they still need to work on a few issues, like food coming at the same time, more servers, having to walk through the kitchen to go to the bathroom. Overall we will go back, but not memorable.

Sofra is new in Bradenton …. Open less than 2 months. My wife and I decided to try it out on a Sat night…we ordered wine by the glass, beet salad, Casio e Pepe, and Branzino with mushroom risotto and shared it all. Food was fantastic…this is not a Pizza place….more northern Italian….wine by the glass reasonably priced…will be coming back again

The menu is limited. The food was good, although the fish filet was small and there was very little meat in the bolognese. The drinks were delicious and the service was fantastic. The chef came to the table and was very congenial..
