   Very much enjoyed the food and service. A bit disappointed when the check arrived as there was a 4% service charge added to the bill for the kitchen staff. That really should be mentioned so you can adjust your gratuity accordingly.

   The food was excellent. Be prepared to wait…dinner was over 2 hours, only one round of drinks offered, service was not attentive, but worth waiting for.

   The service was beyond horrible, I think the staff is completely chaotic, no check in on the table for 20 mins on a regular basis, they forget stuff you’ve asked for, multiple times, and overall very weird service team. This place can be so much more if they can get their service to the point of being professional and more I. Sync with similar rated restaurants

   Fabulous meal for our party of 10. The food was truly outstanding, including multiple apps, pastas, pizza and the shareable ribeye. Every bite was delicious.

   We came here for brunch last Saturday. It was very good. We ordered way too much food because we wanted to try everything. The stand out dish to me was the house made ricotta! It was amazing! I highly recommend this spot for brunch! I’m excited for my next NOLO trip so we can try their dinner selection.

    Maybe it was what I ordered but the food was VERY bland. I had to add salt and pepper to my food to give it some flavor and I usually try my food first before I add anything. But the Ambience was nice

    The atmosphere was amazing! The service was exceptional. I truly enjoyed the DJ. The food was mouthwatering. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. I will definitely go again when I visit New Orleans.

    Very disappointed. The most unlike Italian restaurant we have been to. I suspect the owners have never been to Italy! Waitress was, for the most part, not serving but in the kitchen/elsewhere. We had to request water from another waiter. At the end of the meal we were offered coffee but she did not specify any options but rushed off to get 'her' choice. We did not tip and would suggest the restaurant learn to cope with disappointed customers

    When we first got there no one was at the host to check us in and to sit us. We waited for 5 mins while everybody was passing us. No one said the host will be right there or anything just looked and did their own thing. When finally we had to ask someone behind the bar is there a host? And he’s like yeah Our waiter was good but I can tell he didn’t wanna be there.

    Nice atmosphere, entree portions are shockingly small compared to the cost of the meal. We were seated at a table that was in the corner, somewhat in the service area line of the kitchen and back bar entrance. So, it was difficult to truly enjoy the ambiance because we felt excluded from the rest of the diner’s and we felt like onlookers instead of feeling like we were part of the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

    Our dinner at Sofia was the culinary highlight of our girlfriends weekend in New Orleans! The cocktails were creative and the food was absolutely delicious. We'd highly recommend the Commendatore Pizza and the Pistachio Pesto. We ate outside, the street was a bit noisy but we didn't mind. We'd definitely return to Sofia!

    Incredible experience at Sofia! The risotto was to die for. Don't skip the appetizers either, the ricotta really hit the spot. Charles was awesome and had great recommendations for wine and cocktails. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again.

    The food was outstanding. We shared one of the pizzas and the pesto pasta with shrimp. The pasta is homemade and so delicious. Our waiter Bo was attentive and professional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food.
