I noticed that the menu had changed since my last visit in March. Instead of a complete meal, the menu is a la Carte. This was not mentioned to me before ordering but in the future this will work in my favor.

We've always enjoyed our time here, and we were pleasantly surprised that Mother's Day was still very yummy and efficient here. They were busy for a Sunday night, but the servers and staff were very kind, and the food was delicious. Thank you!

For my first time at Sophia was fantastic! The two hostess was very friendly as I came in. But, what made this an fantastic first time experience. Ms. Diane E. Who was our server for the night. Ms. Diane E. greeting us with an welcoming smile and friendly conversations. So,let start it off with the appetizer. The appetizer was calamari. Which was not bad. Calamari came out to the table at room temp. But,I wish it came out hot. Then we have salads. My sister had the roasted beets and goat cheese. I had the spinach salad. I didn’t like the spinach salad at all. It was to wet with salad dressing. So Diane E. suggested another salad. I decided on the roasted beet salad like my sister. This salad was amazing!!😋 Diane E. took the spinach off my check. I told her she didn’t have to take it off the check. I did mine paying because I ordered it. I thank her for do that. Main course was: For me Chicken Parmesan with truffle french fries. Side order of brussels sprouts with bacon or apples. I’m not a fan of pasta. So they were nice to change it to the Truffle French Fries. Chicken Parmesan was delicious!😋.. The Truffle French Fries was so delicious!😋😋 The brussels sprouts were overcooked 😒. They was NOT as good as Capital Grill. I did not return them . Because I don’t want anything else take off the check. I ordered it.. So I needed to pay for it. My sister had her main course shrimp scampi or Alfredo. Not sure which one. But maybe you could tell by the picture. She enjoy the shrimp. And left the pasta.She wasn’t a fan of the pasta.. For desserts was tiramisu for me and cannolis for my sister. Tiramisu was excellent😋... And for the cannolis, my sister said, they was just okay. Once again, An fantastic evening with my sister. AWESOME server Ms. Diane E. and good food. I definitely will be back again. My rating: Restaurant 9 star My Server Diane E. 10 star Food 8 star I will put this on my favorite restaurant list.

Food was fabulous, service was terrible. Hopefully just a bad night for the server. The service needs to match the quality cooking and the high prices. The server was not attentive and we waited a long time for wine to be served. One correct meal and one wrong meal came out to our table of 4, so 3 of us waited for our meals while our fourth person sat with his meal getting cold, with no attention from the server to help or remedy the situation. At dessert and coffee, the server forgot a tea. Again, the server was not around.
