Society is an energetic and fun restaurant and bar located in Tempe on the corner of University and Rural next-door to the Tempe Improv. Society offers inventive Italian and Mediterranean cuisine created by Chef Kelly Fletcher. We offer our full dinner menu daily from 4pm to 1:30am with Happy Hour Sunday-Thursday 4pm to 6pm and Reverse Happy Hour Wednesday night from 10PM-12AM. Society is a stunning oasis in the desert with a large 28 seat illuminated rose quartzite bar top with an extensive wine list and creative house cocktails. We have plush booths, couches and a separate dining room area. When visiting Society we want you to escape with us and enjoy our hospitality!

Party of 7 had reservations, but our special event ended early. When we arrived to wait at the bar, They were able to accommodate us and seat us early. Very much appreciated! Food was delicious and service was excellent. Highly recommend and we will return.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation at Society. It was an excellent experience. The ambiance was classy and welcoming. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Society for any celebration or just a night out.

It is not as beautiful as I thought, it was just ok and not cozy or quaint. The food was not good, had to send back the tuna. I think if you get pasta you are safe, but the seafood, the meatballs, and the appetizers were not good. I would not return.

We were greeted the moment we walked through the door. I had made reservations for 6pm and we were seated at 5:55. Our server Bodean (hoping I spelled his name right) was super personable and made recommendations when we asked. The food was delicious. It came out hot and the presentation of it was well put together! The manager Michael popped over to check on us and was very pleasant to speak with. Over all experience was fantastic!!! We will be back.

Brought guests from Pennsylvania. They had already heard about Society so were anxious to try it out. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite...from appetizers to main courses to dessert! Ambience is wonderful and staff is so attentive!

I treated a friend to a birthday dinner....and the experience was incredible. The interior is beautiful with the lighting and all the floral touches. The food was exquisite (whipped feta for an appetizer; mussels and wild mushroom pasta for two main courses). Brilliant wine selection! Our server was Erica, and she could not have been more friendly and personable. Just such a fun person...as was Michael, the manager. I have already recommended the restaurant to a friend and I cannot wait to return.
