   We visited for cocktails as it was our Wedding Anniversary. Great atmosphere and the bar staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it come to cocktails. Prices for cocktails are lower than we expected and the quality is superb. We only had a portion of nuts to go with our drinks,( I had to enter stars for food on this review for it to let me continue) but they do a range of options. We will certainly be visiting again and I would thoroughly recommend it.

    Made a table booking for 2 people. Arrived at the bar to say we had a booking. Bar staff told us it was bar service only and to find a table. No tables available to sit down. How can you allow people to book a table and then not reserve any for bookings. They phoned about 4 hours before to confirm the time for our table yet couldn’t honour our booking.

    Hi Jack, Apologies that you didn't enjoy your experience at Society. As we can currently operate without restrictions, we use OpenTable as a guest list/guest management application. We do endeavour to accommodate tables when possible, but as we are a small “micro-bar” venue, this means that, unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate tables for every guest as we only have 4 tables in total. I wish we could have more, but we are very limited for space as you will have seen on your visit. Due to this, we are not a strictly table service bar, we will offer table service in less busy periods, but otherwise we aim to operate at full standing capacity. You made a booking for New Year's Eve, a very busy night where we were expecting a full bar. Because of this, our socials did state that OpenTable bookings would guarantee entry to the bar only.
