Social Catering can accommodate catering events with a wide range of special events. From renting our head chef for a romantic dinner for a special evening to family style bbqs, receptions, weddings, and fundraisers. We have experience with every size group from 2 to 2000.<br />
Private party facilities
We can do accommodate groups of up to 148 for cocktails and appys or 110 for full service dinner. We can also separate our lounge and our dining room each into 60 person private areas.

Lively atmosphere and great service. Lots of excellent menu choices! Liam looked after us & we enjoyed it all. This was our first time here, and we will definitely be back.

We arrived and there was a sign in the door, CLOSED FOE PRIVATE PARY. We shouldn't have been able to make a reservation if they weren't going to be open. We thought this was meant to be because it looked kind of skuzzy. We are fairly new to area and have been trying all kinds of new places. Their menu sounded so good to us as we typically eat at happy hours and share appetizers. We won't be giving it a try.

Service was very good. Somewhat disappointed with one of our entrees. Prime rib somewhat fatty and yorkshire a little overdone. Prepared to write off as a one-time experience - still a fan of the Social.

Our first visit to Social 242, but won’t be our last. Food was fabulous- highly recommend the ribs! Service was outstanding. Decor was a little of everything..... restaurant, nightclub, bar?? We loved the eclectic nature of the place but you need to be prepared for large groups and noise of people just having fun. No quiet romantic dinner here. If you are looking for casual fun, good people and great food - this is your kind of place.

Based on the website we thought this place was a fine dining style restaurant. When we arrived it was a restaurant that was more of a lounge/bar. The lighting was too dark, we had to use our cell phone lights to read the menu, the music at the sinner hour, 6:15 pm, was what one would hear at a lounge/night club and the atmosphere was not really family restaurant. We had our 12 year old with us and it was a bit awkward. It would have been fine for adults but not kids. The food was good, portions huge. The table however was sticky, like a night club, and we had to ask our server to wipe it down before our food came. Overall, our experience was fine, we were expecting something different than we received.
