   This could have been so much better. Lots of missed opportunities on the service - we were celebrating two birthdays and no one seemed to care, our apps and entrees all came out at the same time (after our server told us to put the order in at the same time and that he would pace it out), the same entrees were brought back out 15 min later (not newly-made ones, mind you, but the same old ones), the server got lost for long stretches of time and we needed to chase him down to either complain or order more drinks. The ambiance was amazing as was the view - but service matters. The manager Kenny was nice enough toward the end, but his attempts to help just fell a bit flat for us. Go for a cocktail and the view, but I'd avoid sitting down for a proper meal.

   this was literally the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant lounge. I wanted to celebrate with family and friends and make this a memorable experience. It will be memorable for all the wrong reasons! Our waitress was not attentive & we didn’t get served any food! We placed an order but the waitress came out with a menu trying to serve us f*cking chicken nuggets! The drinks were poorly made. I mean this was areally REAALLLY bad experience to have endured for my birthday! It was embarrassing!! 1/10

   The service was terrible, you can tell any of the stuff wanted to be there, They were not even busy, the were taking and not doing their job, they took for ever to come and clean our table Over price food ( terrible presentation for a 15 dollar desert! It Really Looked like a cup of Icecream from Macdonals Are you kidding me a plastic cup ??? We were in shock that we felt embarrassed to even sing happy Birthday to my sister. We had to go to another restaurant to look for a better dessert for her. Amira gave us the worst attitude, I wont go there never again.

   This was my first time here with my friends. I originally booked the snow globe but had to be seated inside because of the rain. Inside was very nice, we loved the music. Our service however was the only problem our waiter did not meet our expectations and brought our a lot of wrong items. Other than that we enjoyed our time and would return.

   Our food was great lots of flavor but the menu isn’t the best. Not to many options. Service was ok our waitress was very dull but food came out fast. Dessert was bland, we got the chocolate cake. Drinks were great . Ambiance was very romantic and chill. Loved it.

    SnowGlobes we’re good. They just one heater for six people. We were there at 5 pm for reservations. It didn’t say on site it’s first come first served for city view Snowglobes. We were seated at back. Server Rahim was excellent, food was pricy but good. They can certainly provide another heater for winter months looking at how the food is priced. Overall good experience.

    We have been to NoHu a few times. Only once did we have attentive service and that was when we sat inside, right by the bar. When you eat outside, they tend to forget about you. We had the Snow Globes experience with an out of town friend. My husband had to get up 3 times to go inside-once for part of our meal that was forgotten, again to GET our check and then to take it in the pay it. We had ONE drink and were not asked if we needed another. From the time we sat down until we left, over 2 hours went by...we only had a meal and didn't order appetizers. Over two hours for a meal and only one drink for the price point-doubt we will be back. It's unfortunate because the food is amazing!

    The rooftop globe overlooking the Hudson River was truly magical! The heater and fur blanketed seats made the temperature comfortable enough to eat without a coat. The service was impeccable! The wait staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The sous chef even came out to meet us, making us feel special. The rooftop salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. It was also a very generous serving. The grits were also up there, being one of the best I’ve ever had. Creamy, just enough melted cheese on top and once again very generous. I brought the remainder home to have with my eggs the next day. The salmon, isolated from the sauce and spices on top was delicious. I’m a purist when it comes to fish. I didn’t need all the added ingredients. Not crazy for the texture of the black rice either. It tasted too firm for my palate. I rate this restaurant a 4.5, but was not able to hit half a star. I have had the good fortune of meeting Marcus Samuelson at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. Not only is he a talented chef, brilliant businessman and outstanding restauranteur, he is genuinely a down to earth, interesting and extremely pleasant man. It was a pleasure meeting him and dining in his restaurant to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day. 🌹🍷😍

    Food was excellent; very delicious with good choices for brunch. However, the service was terrible! One server waiting on one table outside (my group was in an igloo) and she had 8 tables inside. For the amount of money that we paid, the service was lacking. Half of us had our food, while the others had to wait 20 minutes for their food to arrive; the server honestly, was unable to keep up with the tables inside and out. The manager on duty did nothing about it. And they were unable to make the Blood Mary's that we ordered as they didn't have the mix available - for a Sunday brunch! I cleared dishes and brought them inside and had to go in and refill our waters. Very disappointing with the service.

    The website says heated snow globes but they don't turn on the small air blowing heater until you walk into the snow globe. So, it was very cold inside. We had to keep our winter jackets on and they even had to bring us out some blankets. We waited 20min for our drinks. The appetizers came out after our meals already got there and all of the food was colder than room temp as soon as they handed it to us. The buffalo broccoli was burnt to a crisp. The table minimum is $250, which would have been perfectly ok IF the food and service was actually worth it. The view and the idea of the snow globe is amazing but otherwise, it's not worth it at all. Left without eating and went to Chart House down the road, which was a much better experience.

    Covid is challenging everything- Waitress was new so she really basically ruined the whole experience(Bday). Just be prepared to enjoy as Snow Globes come with minimums. Portions are great and food is seasoned well. Cornbread should come in a basket. If you wanna keep the bill down- use a calculator(lol). Would return, 2nd time here- 1st time brunch was nice with the views. Nice staff - but the intentions is to run up a bill in the Igloos

    The only thing good about this spot is the view…. The food sucks, i got the baller paella and literally received burned black rice with it. Asked if the paella could be made without chorizo and i was told yes but still received it with everything. Deff not worth the price, you get 4 shrimps with clams and oysters and fried chicken for $125 and you dont get alot of anything,I will not return again or recommend it to anybody. We reserved the Snow globes and although it says heated there is only a little heater which i really good for nothing and the server comes by every so often and leaves the plastic open which freezes the whole snow globe. Disappointed and did not meet expectations. Try “Chart House” you wont be disappointed with anything

    We booked one of the snow globes and had a great experience! Our server Shanelle was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the igloo was super cozy even though it was very cold outside. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic Views, food and atmosphere! Our waitress Genesis was amazing. Food came out promptly and simply delicious. Our waitress made everything so special, great personality and had many laughs together. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

    We were a group, and we reserved the igloo. We ordered two main dishes the hungry bird plate which was great and the paella dish. The paella dish was disgusting, the entire dish was extremely salty to the point it could not be eaten. The portion size of the paella was good, however it had 1/4 black rice, a large portion of greens and another of sauce. This dish was not worth the cost of it in both serving size or taste of food. For a dish of 125.00 I would expect something better

    It was the worst service ever! Starter never came, then the server brought it with the entrees. steak was charred not medium well, definitely not worth $104.00 fir the steak. Dessert arrived 30 minutes after we settle the bill and only after we asked for the manager, which never came out to speak with us.

    Holiday get together As usual Marcus does not disappoint! Food was incredible, the curried mussels appetizer was amazing and the rib eye was cooked perfectly. Service was appropriately attentive yet not intrusive. Cocktails were also delish!

    They put us in a snow globe for a half hour my wife had to go find a server by the way in order to eat in the snow globe you have to pay $250 or $500 Friday and Saturday That is without a doubt 1st class money for McDonald's service...

    The wait staff were amazing but the actual manager is a joke, when I came we stood at the hostess podium for 10 minutes before anyone would talk to us, the manager was there and pretended like we were invisible.

    The place was nice the food was good, though one dish the ceviche was not what we expected the shrimp was grilled (not cured in citrus) and when it came out it look like the waiter was on a swaying boat the plate look like the the food slid back and forth on it. Service was a bit slow but we felt more sorry than annoyed our server look to be trying her best she apologized and mention they was short staffed on Mother’s Day of all days, smh. Also when she was able to slow down and connect with us I found it’s her first day back since being off because of the pandemic. The globe worked out because the weather changed to rain we didn’t get to explore or experience anything else with the roof top really because of this but it look like it would have been enjoyable and picture worthy on a sunny day. The globe pricing also wasn’t bad for brunch with 4 ppl, I feel also for dinner as long as I have a full table of 6ppl to hit the minimal. My only suggestion would be to look into validating or at least discount the parking.

    Service was extremely slow. We were told the minimum purchase was $500. We were wondering whether or not we’d even have the opportunity to hit the minimum. Our reservation was at 9pm, and we were told our reservation block was for 2 hours. We didn’t get our drinks until 10. It took about 45 minutes for each service request to go through. I have a feeling things were starting up again after covid and everyone was getting re-acclimated, which is understandable. Everyone was very friendly though. They were clearly working hard and it seems like the staff was stretched very thin. We look forward to going back and giving it another shot.
