Throughout the day, our kitchen serves up a bold flavored mix of traditional, home-style and contemporary Greek cooking.
Our Taverna is a warm and welcoming space that features high tin ceilings, exposed brick walls and oversized windows.
Since 2003, good food and friendly service have defined the “ethos” of our restaurant.
Our full liquor bar consists of hard to find artisanal Greek wines as well as a list of seasonally inspired cocktails .
Snack Taverna seats up to 45 guests comfortably and 4 at the bar.
We welcome private events and off-site catering.

This place is a real find and we were shocked it was not a lot busier. The owner and our server were both incredibly warm and professional. The food here is absolutely delicious and a deal for the neighborhood. Our three dishes two cocktails came to $ 84 incl. taxes. We left a $20 tip! The best part of the experience is that most dishes are shareable. Go Now!

Birthday brunch - felt like my presence was an imposition to the staff. Service was rude, rushed and just not enjoyable. Food was uncharacteristically poor. Couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Sad bc I’ve been going here for years and loved it.

Almost nobody else was present in the restaurants, indoors or outdoors, but the waiter forgot to bring us napkins or silverware. That kind of says it all. I've eaten dinner here before, and it was fine. The menu for lunch is less varied.

Haven't been to Snack in a couple of years. The outdoor seating area is nice and well protected. The waiter was very nice and efficient. Unfortunately, the food was not great. The hummus was unpleasantly spicy. The Greek salad was odd with the addition of watercress (I'm a purist I guess). The baked eggplant (papoutsakia) was undercooked and not nearly as tasty as it sounded.

Excellent spot for brunch. The outdoors seating is great - not an enclosed space with plenty of air and well kept/maintained. Better than most of the shacks I've seen. Service was great and the brunch was delicious. I will definitely return.

We came here early for brunch on a Sunday. We're highly COVID-cautious and thought it would be a great outdoor place to eat w/o much of a crowd. The food itself was delicious. No complaints there. The service was also speedy, and the server was very attentive. The problem lies in the fact that the server was visibly coughing, sniffling, and not wearing a mask. The entire kitchen staff was wearing masks, but not our server. While bent over another table, liquid was visibly dripping from his nose onto the table. As I said, we're cautious when it comes to COVID, so this was an extreme disappointment. We left quickly and won't be back unless protocols are stepped up significantly.

Hi. This restaurant never disappoints. I've been coming to Snack Taverna for years now, and it is consistently good. (If anything, it keeps getting better over time) The "Lamb Triangles" are literally to die for…I keep dreaming about the flaky pastry on the outside and the modestly spiced meat on the inside, so yummy. The watermelon-tomato salad was super refreshing, and the sampler of different Hummus and Tzatziki is delicious too. The Calamari stew with (what I think it was Fava Beans!) with a tangy flavor thanks to the lemon, was very good. AAA+
