Lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber in Newagyo! They checked all the boxes - amazing food, gorgeous dining room, and spectacular outdoor dining patio. Menu has enough options for everyone to find something they like, but isn't a gigantic menu like some restaurants offer. The food presentation is always great and you can tell most everything is prepared in-house by a talented kitchen team The dinnerware is modern and in great shape - even the kids meals are served on nice plates. I'd rate the taste food as 95%, but there's some room to perfection if you ask me to be a critic. For example, the bun on the po'boy was somewhat stale and could have been steamed or toasted to improve the texture. I've found some of the meats to be overly salty and would prefer to add salt myself, after the first bite. Service has typically been great. The host has been attentive, waitstaff has been friendly, and food comes out quick. Again, I'd rate this overall a 95%, but still some room for improvement such as watching drinks more frequently and bringing the check sooner. This would be especially needed for the lunch crowd, where some customers may want a faster dining experience. For a weekday lunch, I'd be delighted to pay the check immediately after the food comes, since often times we're wanting a quick lunch, then get back to work promptly.

We had a server that said she was new. I never would have known that! She did such a great job. I tipped her 30% which I've never done before. She was incredible and the food was amazing.

The service was terribly slow and not many customers for it to be that slow. We waited at least 20 minutes to get menus, then another long wait for ordering. Least 40 minutes to get meal, the meal took 2 1/2 hours which should have been an hour! 3 out of 4 meals was very good but the 4th one was awful, the chicken strips hardly had any meat mostly breading. The meat had freezer burn taste.

We had the frog legs and they were amazing I wish they were a regular on your menu so good. The food took close to an hour to receive they were pretty busy so that was a little longer than hoping.

So much potential. Service was ok. Cheese I the sausage upset my father in law. Not mentioned on the menu. Food generally good, the burger patties aren’t smash burgers like advertised. Need to really press them down thin. Overall good, but could be great. Drinks were good and drink prices reasonable.

I made an Open Table reservation for 4 at 6pm to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. When we arrived the hostess said that the reservation was for 2? Then I showed her my phone and suddenly she found the reservation for 4. Just as we were seated a band started playing. The music was so loud that no one could talk to each other. Clearly the staff could not hear the customers. My son ordered the Ribeye done medium and French fries. He got a bloody rare steak and potato wedges. His girlfriend ordered the filet mignon medium with French fries and got a rare steak and potato wedges. I ordered a filet mignon medium with mashed potatoes, my steak was well done. My wife ordered the filet mignon medium rare and it was medium well. Wanted Tito’s but you were out and the Dirty Martini did not have Blue Cheese Olives. We contemplated leaving after our drink and should have instead of placing a food order. You can see we were in your restaurant less than an hour. Worst experience. Very disappointing. I understand you booked a band and it was raining but you should either cancel them or have them turn the volume down. We would have addressed the meal errors if we thought the waitress could hear us or we weren’t being blasted by loud music and shouting to talk to each other. As we were leaving the band members had just taken a break and were in front of the restaurant with associates of theirs smoking marijuana. I know it’s legal but we should not have to smell it exiting your establishment. Do better please.

We had a 6:45 reservation. At 8:20 we still did not have food. We were seated outside by choice but it had started raining quite hard ( no one’s fault!) A manager stopped &told us there was indoor seating upstairs at the bar & if we moved inside they’d find us when food was ready. She apologized for delay and said she’d do something for us for the extreme wait for our food. Ended up in corner of bar counter because all the tables were full. Food arrived around 8:25. We never saw our waitress again after we moved inside. Food was fine . Wait for food was ridiculous. Our bills came - no discount or comp or anything despite being told there would be. We paid our bills & left. Very disappointing experience. I’ve eaten here before… but if I eat here again, it will be a long time.

We sat outside . 10-15 minutes to get acknowledgment after we sat down . She brought waters and left. Didn’t come back to take drink order for another good 10 minutes or more . We put in appetizer at that time . Appetizer came quickly …our drinks not so much . Waited for drinks for at least 20 minutes after ordering them and that was because I went to the bar to ask about them . Saw my drink sitting there and my husbands , she informed me they did not have Jameson . Anyway… food was good but they need more servers outside . She had quite a few tables . We won’t go back on a Friday night .

Mother's Day brunch was a disappointment. We came later in the day, and the meat was dry and chewy. The ribs were not tender, and the chicken looked and tasted anemic. The mac and cheese was congealed. Only the corn and mashed potatoes were worth eating. The service was good. I won't be visiting again.
