We use an array of smokers here at Smowkhaus, our main man is the Southern Pride SRG-400, a mountain of a unit which allows us to slowly, perfectly smoke your brisket over oak fire for 16 hours overnight, we can fit over 300kgs of pork butt, sausage, chicken and ribs in this animal.
Alongside her we have our cold smoker in which we impart subtle smoke into our house made cultured and smoked butter, charcuterie and sauces.
