We offer two private dinning spaces. Our Lakeland room can seat 30, while the Garland room can seat 40. We also offer full restaurant buy-outs, patio buy-outs, our full patio can comfortably seat 120 and it can be broken into two spaces accommodating 70 in one area and 50 in another. Our patio is optionally enclosed with retractable roofs and remote control siding, all depending on weather and request of course. We have hosted events and parties ranging from full fashion shows to weddings. Our restaurant is great for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, company parties, baby showers, graduation parties, or even just a cocktail party after work. My chicken tender dinner was lukewarm when it arrived at our table. It was obviously ready before my 2 companions meals. 2 of us had water and our glasses were never refilled. Had to ask for salt and pepper for our table after our meal arrived. Seated us too close to Garland Road and the 5:00 traffic was loud.

Always a favorite to bring out of town guests! The Blackberry Smash is my favorite drink. I always follow up with a walk through the Dallas Arboretum that is across the street.

Food for brunch was average but I’m never going back until they fix the parking / valet situation. I was there with my wife and two children. It took over 50 minutes to get our car from valet, which is the only parking option. They lost the keys, kept telling us it was coming and it never came. I asked two people from the restaurant and all they said was it is a 3rd party and not on them. Poor answer in a customer service business.

The Texas Spare Ribs were tasty, but a little chewy. I prefer them fall off the bone tender. The collard greens were fabulous, salty, spicy, vinegary. We had to move tables to get out from under the fans that were blowing on us, but otherwise a very nice dining experience.

I highly recommend making a reservation here especially on the weekends. They have week day happy hour specials and it is kid friendly. I reserved a table inside but wanted to brave the rain outside. There are big umbrellas that cover the tables so you won’t get rained on. Unpretentious food live music plenty of outside space for a wiggly kid to explore. The frozen lemonade is the best thing I’ve had in a long time.

Great customer service from the restaurant staff to the valet. Great portions of food for the pricing. Definitely worth to go back. Livley atmosphere and patio is lovely. Went on a rainy day so would like to go back during great weather and sit outside.

Everything was Great just one small issue….I was accidentally given chicken tacos instead of fish tacos….The Waiter was Great he took it and got the right order immediately….He apologized and said he’s not sure how that even happened because you all don’t even serve chicken tacos….Lol

Overall was average or slightly above. Disappointed that my order was messed up & it was Mother’s Day. Our server was MIA for most of our dining experience. I’d like to try it again and see if have a better experience. Brisket queso was very fatty meat. I’m not a fan of fatty brisket or chunks w the meat. The atmosphere was nice & place has a cool vibe.

Was our first time there. A lot going on. Prom, high school graduation celebrations, Mother’s Day weekend, and Saturday night. The place was packed, and the service staff handled it remarkably well. Attentive, efficient, prompt, and super polite. The cocktails were amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing outdoor dining with tasty food and friendly, attentive service. Lots of great dishes with large variety that will satisfy even the largest of parties. Very warm, humid days would be uncomfortable, however, when the weather is gorgeous so is your environment. Only part that needs improvement is the parking. Understand limitations of space but the wait is quite awhile and seems disorganized.

I loved eating here but the valet line and service was a scene and poorly organized. Highly recommend parking at the arboretum if you’re going there before or after and walking across the street or Ubering. Patio, service and food was amazing!

On May 11, 2023, one of the bartenders with a long beard refused to serve my daughter. He accused her of doing something heinous to his friend. My does not know this man nor his friend. The manager at the time did not take accountability for the lack of service from their employee. Also, my daughter has a physical disability and could not harm anyone in her condition. To refuse to serve anyone is unethical and furthermore to refuse service to someone that is disable is senseless. We will report your establishment to the ADA and the Better Business Bureau.

Worst service we have ever experienced. Upon arrival for our 11:00am reservation we were not greeted by the hostess, but walked by multiple times. We were the second reservation/table to arrive and when we finally approached the hostess to inform her of our reservation name, we were led to the "patio" area in the shadows of the restaurant. We thought we had made the reservation on their beautiful outdoor area, but apparently that is called "the yard." We know that now because we were rudely scolded by the hostess that it was our mistake for booking the wrong area. We were told to go and sit by the fire pit, so we sat by the fire pit. We sat and waited...and waited...and waited. Multiple tables were sat around us, were greeted, received their drinks, and then appetizers. After 15 minutes my wife went up to the front to ask if there was a server in our section and we were again told to have a seat and someone would be with us. We felt like we were the "problem table" just for wanting to be greeted by an employee. Multiple servers, food runners and what looked like a manager walked close to our table but still never greeted us. We waited another 5+ minutes and then we had enough, and decided to leave. It's a shame because we absolutely love their patio. We wanted to spend the morning enjoying brunch together, but it kind of spoiled our day from the get go. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and it has definitely soured our option of the venue and we will never be back. Every dollar spent by a customer is a reflection of their support for the business. We will not show our support to a local business that chooses to treat its customers this way. We also know that our 2 person check isn't going to make or break their business, but if they continue to treat customers this way, many more will feel the same way we did and it will begin to affect their bottom line. Truly disappointed in our experience today.

Always a great experience here. A little loud though on Sunday and we would go periods of time without seeing our waitress. Valet was overbooked and that was a tad disappointing. Overall though, we love Smoky Rose and will definitely come back

Enjoyed the patio on the beautiful day! The food was delicious-they even provided mobile table bug swatters for flies or bees🙌 The service was friendly and food delivered quickly-but had to wait a bit to get servers attention for refills and more drink orders.
