   The food was very tasty, well presented, and the menu offered a good selection. The service was quick, staff very friendly, and they accomodated us and our infant daughter wonderfully. However, value for money was unfortunately very poor. We were dining from the tapas menu and at £14 per item, each portion was very expensive when considering the size we recieved. And considering they recommend 4/5 per person, it makes for a very expensive meal in surroundings which do not justify that price level. I have no doubt that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality, but I do not feel that that is justification as the type of dishes created with those expensive ingredients did not warrent such specific varieties, nor showcase their qualities particularly well. Therefore I am not able to recommend this to anyone thinking of considering it as an option.

   We were disappointed with our experience, having been customers for many years the changes that have been made to the menu and portion sizes and pricing don’t add up . The restaurant was overbooked and the staff were unable to cope. There was no lobster at all, the couple at the table next to us had come down from London specifically to eat the famous lobster but like us got none. Sadly we won’t be going back again, nor will we be recommending other friends to go either. Such a shame, it used to be so good.

   It is a while since we last visited, and its popularity continues to grow. We recommend booking ahead to be sure of a place (it was busy early evening, and continued) The food was delicious;we chose the Seafood platter which was excellent, balanced in selection and ideal for two. The menu has altered `to increase the proportions of food as single portions, to share if you wish. Service was good It can be noisy , which is to be expected with customers enjoying the food and location.

   Lovely restaurant, staff were friendly and food delicious. Food from kids menu was a little small, delicious and. aired but the portions were too small for my children, especially the noodles, probably more toddler size portion then the 7-11 yr olds we brought with us.

   Had heard so many good things about this place before I moved to the Island and it lived up to all the hype easily. It was an amazing meal in lovely surroundings and the staff were attentive in just the right amounts. We had the Seafood platter which was simply amazing and has to be the best of its kind we have ever had. We have already booked to go back for our anniversary in June this year!

   Amazing food, service, ambience, staff. Could be up there in the top 10 meals I've ever had!! We went back 2 nights on the trot we loved it so much. thank you!

   Terrific find! Food was fabulous, servers and staff were extremely attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Couldn’t ask for a better meal!

    Smoking Lobster was everything we had been told and more, great location, bright and airy inside. The food was great, children’s menu was just as good. The staff were helpful, thoughtful and efficient . We enjoyed a wonderful lunch
