   Disappointing compared to the numerous other times we’ve eaten there and had a great experience. After being seated at our table (which had a significant tilt) we waited 10 minutes before a server finally came over (without an apology). Appetizer and mains all came out simultaneously. Pulled chicken wasn’t pulled—served as pieces.

   Fantastic meal, great service, we will definitely be back. We ordered the Shack Daddy Sampler & everything was absolutely amazing. We love the place too, it's a very fun atmosphere & super cozy. A+++++++++++++++++ all the way around, THANK YOU!

   Food was great and it was a cool spot to eat. Get the egg rolls. They are amazing!

   Great BBQ! Drink choice is amazing. Staff are friendly. We love bringing friends and family here.

   We waited for over an hour for our order to be served and had to rush through dinner to make it to the show we were going to. Additionally, the “brisket” sandwich was all fat and inedible. We will not be returning.

   Alan was a great server. Food was outstanding. Will come back whenever I'm in Milwaukee and need a ribs fix.

   We frequent the Smoke Shack fairly often and for good reason. The food is always top notch and our service was fantastic. We sat outside in the enclosed area with the fire tables which made it perfectly comfortable for “outside” seating. Their bourbon selection is fantastic and the Valentine’s Day dessert special was outstanding.
