    Great food, great service. However, it was too loud during mother’s day brunch and had trouble hearing each other. My though it is to turn off the music, so that at least everyone isn’t first shouting over the music. So that overall the overall shout taking could be lower. Mother’s don’t need the loud music, like the Friday night crowd does.

    The food was really good, and waitstaff was awesome! We put in a reservation a day before, and when we showed up early, our table was already set with menus and waters. Prices are very competitive with smokehouse restaurants. Will definitely be coming back again!

    A must go to for excellent BBQ. I’ve been here a few times, and the food and cocktails are very good! Love the burnt ends! Nice assortment of sauces.

    The food and atmosphere was great. Our server was great. Your hosts need a little bit more customer friendly. I used Open Table and put in there that I would like a booth. We arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, so I wouldn't mind waiting for a booth. They didn't even look to see if a booth would come available soon or not. They acted like that would be a bother. The chairs are very uncomfortable for a bigger person, so that's why I want a booth. Shortly after we sat at a table, a booth became empty and that was even before my scheduled reservation.

    We took our family here tonight for diner while they are visiting for Easter. Smoak exceeded our expectations for food and service. We were blown away by the quality and variety of the BBQ and side dishes. One of our sons was recently in St Louis and eat BBQ in what he thought was the best BBQ establishments until he eat at Smoak tonight. He said that the burnt ends briskets, ribs and pulled pork was so much better tonight. The b roasted chicken was superior to any chicken I’ve previously had. We will be back frequently!!😁😁😁😁

    We waited a bit longer than we would have liked (probably 10-15 minutes of sitting before our server came over, and it wasn’t busy). She was very apologetic and provided some cornbread on the house to make up for it. The food was great, her service was outstanding, and we had another great experience. Will definitely continue coming back.

    Smoak is generally about the meat. Those of us who don't eat meat are often forgotten at these places. Although their smoked salmon is the best I've ever had So I was pleasantly surprised to see bowls that could also be ordered with tofu or vegan chicken. I had the Smoak'd noodle bowl with tofu and added barbecue sauce at the table. Two of my companions ordered the same bowl -- one with tofu and the other with beef and cleaned their bowls quickly. We had cheese curds and sweet potato puffs for starters. The slushee on tap was a "nutty professor" that was fabulous although more suited to dessert. One of our group got the old fashioned flight which looked tempting except for the maple bacon version (not a good option for vegetarians but it was his favorite). Dessert options included potluck staples: strawberry poke cake, lemon bars, apple pie, and pecan pie. Service was good. There is a kid's menu and the atmosphere is noisy enough you can't hear anyone more than two seats away so kids fit right in. Handicapped parking is a bit far from the front door and the doors do not have automatic openers. Tables can accommodate a wheelchair.

    A little delay in getting served initially but when they realized we had been served, they apologized profusely and made up for it ten-fold. Great BBQ…we tried just about everything and we’re happy with it all.

    We went to Smoak for the Father’s Day buffet. The food was fantastic. A nice variety of items available. The patio was perfect —with some dog friends also enjoying a healthy meal. Our server, Lauren was amazing. She was kind and energetic. The service was prompt and professional. We can’t wait to go back soon!

    Perfectly seasoned ribs, flavorful collard greens, all the food we had was delicious! Just wish they wouldn’t have changed plate option from pick 2 sides to coleslaw and pick one side. Not a fan of coleslaw. Nice outdoor seating!

    Great options. Brisket was nice and tender. Broasted chicken was perfect. Good sauces. Ended with the tres leches desert. Perfect. We’ll be back.

    The worst chairs of any restaurant I have ever been to. Everyone in our group complained along with the tables next to us. I would advise anyone going to get a booth.

    The host and wait staff were great! The music was a bit too loud to have table conversations. Food was good. Kid’s meal is served on a lunch tray with pudding and apple sauce - love that! Thought the max and cheese could have been better.

    It was a busy night but we still felt important to the waitress. Food was a good portion and we didn’t need a take home box. Great tasting and the beans were just the right amount of heat!!

    Three out of us had good meals, 2 chose chicken and one salad. One had the brisket philly not so good. New place, staff very friendly but noise level high I think just because of interior of building. a little bit cafeteria like.

    Good food but it’s expensive for what you get. Drinks are always great though. Our server was ok, she could of checked in more and not forced the check on us, we would of stayed for another round.

    Everything was delicious except the macaroni and cheese side dish. It was very cold and extremely dry with no taste. My husband and I couldn't eat it and our granddaughter had ordered it for her main dish. She didn't like it and wouldn't eat it. It was cold and gummy.

    Food was amazing as always! The ribs were meaty and fell off the bone and the brisket was moist and delicious. They did cut down the portion by like 3 slices (used to get 6 slice and now only 3 for more money. Understand cost is more but don't cut portion that much! In the sandwich do you only get 1 piece now? Everything tasted wonderful though and I always recommend it.
