Smith's Landing Seafood Grill
Great food
We had a wonderful 33 anniversary experience at Smith's Landing, including a great dessert that we didn't even know was on the agenda from our server. While it is a little out of our everyday expenses to dine there all of the time, we like to know that it is a great go to spot for those special occasions as our anniversary is!!
Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Service was great. Everyone’s food was good. My husband and I had sea bass. Mine was a thick piece and my husbands was thin so it was over cooked. We went on a Friday which we didn’t know they have a live band that starts at 8 when the band started it was so loud we could not hear ourselves talk so we finished up and left. I would come back for the music and dance but we were with friends that we hadn’t seen in a long time and wanted a quite place to talk.
Great place for a Sunday buffet brunch! Good food! They could have waiter/ess come around more often with the champagne for mimosas considering the price. I’d go back again but I’ll be flagging down our server for more refills.
Had a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday.
Everything was great, and we will return!
We think this is the best restaurants in the area for sure
Went for my moms birthday and she left over 90% of her meal, the food was not what we expected and lacked in flavor it was a let down for sure. Everyone elses food was " OK" but we algreed we would not be coming back
Great food, service was very good. Our server was excellent and very helpful, engaged as well as the supporting staff. We will definitely visit again.
Not sure if this is an Open Table or Smith's Landing issue, but when we made the reservation, we indicated it was a birthday celebration and there was no acknowledgment of "Happy Birthday." Also this restaurant in the past provides a small but delicious dessert for special occasions but this did not happen.
Experience was ok, we sat at a small wobbling table, our server was very inexperienced, the food was very good.
Overall, our experience was fantastic as it always is. The only thing I'd like to point out is that I requested a window seat as well as noted that there was a birthday. Neither of those things were fulfilled or acknowledged when we were there. I'm wondering if that info somehow didn't make it to the restaurant via Open Table?
I will be dining there again. It is a great place for lunch with friends.
This is one of the BEST Sunday Brunches I have ever been to. The food is amazing and the service is bang on! So friendly!
Celebrating a friend's birthday, we were seated promptly. Service was impeccable, our waiter removed plates, brought fresh rounds of drinks and was great at suggestions for lunch. I had the macadamia sea bass and my friend had the salmon. Both fish dishes were delicious, the fish was fresh and when we are all done, they brought my friend ice cream and a candle to celebrate her birthday!
The food is pricy but very delicious,
good for a special occasion. Waiter was very nice and prompt. Restaurant is very pretty, looks out over the water. We had the calamari, crab and artichoke dip, grilled salmon, parmesan crusted pork chop and the Buscatini Ala Monte Carlo. Everything was very good.
My husband and I arrived on time for our reservation. We were told it would be 15 minutes. I went up to the desk to find out how much longer it would be - another 15 minutes. There were open tables all set up, and I wondered why we were not seated. The waiter was very pleasant, but there must have been a shortage of waitstaff because it was quite a while before we even got bread and butter. The food was very good but too expensive. There was a private party in a room next to us with loud booming music that was not conducive to a romantic Valentine dinner.
This was Valentine’s weekend so it was really busy. We had 6:30 reservations but we didn’t get seated until a little after 7 and maybe it was also because it was a party of 6. So that was the only draw back to the evening. We were also surprised that there was a limited menu and not the full menu. I mean it still was great, but would have been nice to know that when we booked the reservation.
But all in all we had a wonderful evening. Carlos our server was on point, the drinks and the wine were great and we were each happy with our food selection.
Definitely would recommend and we will be back!
I love everything about Smith Landing!!
Friendly staff amazing food priced right and great atmosphere
Everything was great except for the fact that they had a limited menu for Valentine's day.
Disappointed with the lobster, crab roll. It was soggy. It was either the greens or watery dressing.
great brunch, good view, good service, friendly staff
We will write something on Google. Horrible experience.
The Hostesses seemed a little off with seating almost like the restaurant had just opened and they were grasping the chart. Once seated the ambiance is very nice and romantic. Our server took our order but bus boys cleared the table and other servers delivered food. The food was good and would recommend to friends but a little pricey for regular visits. For two we were $160 out the door with tip. Definitely would give it another chance.
Very nice Restaurant. Excellent food, great ambience and good service. A little pricey but at the end of the day it was worth it.
We had a good view of the water, but the food wasn’t great. Our server seemed to disappear for long periods of time. We had the Sunday brunch so maybe the food would be better, fresher, tastier off the menu.
It was wonderful! The 4 of us hope to enjoy it again soon. Please have it at least once a month...................
We went there for Sunday brunch. There is a big public parking right there, so we had no issue parking. the table we got, as many in the restaurant have a view of the marina, which was quiet relaxing. Our waitress, Nicole, made sure we had everything and was very attentive to us and our needs. For the food it is a buffet brunch so lots to choose from. Our favorites were the baked salmon, that was perfectly baked. It was moist and very tasty. Then the crab, I like mine cold and my boyfriend prefers the hot one, so we were both satisfied as they have both! You could pick pieces you had to finish breaking yourself or pre-cut ones, your call. And if your hands are sticky just ask for the warm napkins with lemon. Very efficient at cleaning one's hand. We also enjoyed the egg Benedict. It has to be ordered separately thus you get them hot. They were done right with a runny poached egg, a perfectly toasted/crunchy English muffin and good bacon. And for dessert, we really liked the carrot cake, the tiramisu, which were both moist and light. We tried the other items like waffle, bacon, mussels, oysters, prawns, omelette, cannoli, panna cotta, apple turn over etc. All met our expectations. Overall this is a great brunch. We also met the owner, Jose, when he was checking up on everyone. He is very pleasant and really cares about his customers satisfaction. We will be back for sure.
Martine was our server he’s the BESt. Always a great meal!!!!
The facility was beautiful, but the prices were on the high side.
I love coming here, my favorite appetizers is the Tenderloin Tips Diablo with the crostini is to die for. Now, this is just for myself, I only come for the Tenderloin Tips.
The Service is always great. I like coming here because it’s very spacious and you don’t feel crammed with other tables while you’re dining. We always feel welcome every time we dine here. 👏👏👏👏👏 Keep up the good work.
Awesome, thank you.
I love the different type of crab to please everyone!
We finally decided to give this place a try based on all the positive reviews. Soon as we got seated it took almost 20 minutes before we got our drink orders and another 20 minutes to get our drinks and complementary bread sticks. Our dinner took another 45 minutes to arrive and when it did. My wifes plate was very cold and undercooked. My sons sliders were halfway cooked. Very disappointing. If it wasn't for the 3 IPAS beers that kept me calm and wanting to leave instead to give this place a chance to make up for the poor service. It just keep getting worser to the halfway cooked meals that they were bringing out. It may be a hit or a miss but for us it was a big miss.
Both husband and I ordered steaks. They were delicious. Mashed potatoes were very bland. Would have been great if they made them garlic mashed. Vegetables were good. The problem I have is the restaurant has an old dusty smell. Would be best if they got rid of the carpet in the main dining area. Looks newer, but could be the source of the smell. Server was professional and tentative to us. Ordered a cocktail and did not care for it. It did not taste smooth.
We were late but the staff still gave get service and made sure we had a great experience with food and service
Best brunch probably anywhere not cheap but well worth it!
Birthday lunch. I had made a reservation for 4, but the host showed us to a booth with two place settings. Wouldn’t you prepare a reserved table for 4?? He had to ask if it was a special occasion. We had stated birthday.
We had a great time celebrating our friend's birthday. Food was excellent.
That was our first time there. We've dined there before when it was a different restaurant and always liked the location and ambiance. So happy that was still the case, plus the food was exceptional
