Great ribeye. Ny strip over cooked but ok. Sides perfect
For lunch eating outside you can’t beat the ambiance, dinner was fantastic as well , one of my favorite places in South Beach
If this wasn’t in such a touristy area, I believe the experience could have gone from very good to great. Certainly the menu, food quality, layout, drinks, wine selections were all befitting the Smith & Wollensky name. However the arrival valet, service, and lack of detail/attention are all factors required for a great steak experience. Perhaps it was Sunday night or maybe it was high season but we couldn’t help feel like we were just being moved in and out like a factory. Unless they are willing to limit the patrons and focus on experience, this will likely never attain peak status like top chophouses in other cities.
Tables too close to each other not a great place to take a date
The food and the service was great..our waiter was nice and able to handle our big crowd of 13..the angry shrimp was awesome..everyone in our party enjoyed their food
Nice renovations! Service at the bar was excellent. Table service was slower than norm... and steaks were not the quality we have had in the past. The staff did offer to exchange and they did give us a comp. dessert.
It’s a traditional old-shool steak house in most every sense, which is a good thing.
Top-notch food, service and cocktails plus the South Beach vibe, clientele and awesome location.
This was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The ambience was great but the shrimp was burnt, the steak was rare and sent back twice and came back rare again and the macaroni was terrible. Only good thing was the wine.!i will never go back
Service was second to none. Our waiter knew everything about the menu. He described everything perfectly and was great at assisting what to pick. Food was superb. The spicy shrimp was, hands down, the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had. The breading was more like a dust and the season complimented it perfectly. It wasn’t spicy at all (coming from a person who hate spicy). The dry-aged bone in NY Strip was great. Could’ve used just a hint more of salt. The truffle honey carrots were spot on and a must have. Lobster Mac n cheese was a bit of heaven. This place is a must go for people who can dish out $300 for a meal for 2.
PS - Don’t forget to have a slice of the chocolate cake. It’s not overly sweet and the portion size is definitely shareable.
Food and service was outstanding. Beautiful location
Will be going back very soon and many more times. Steak was tender, juicy and very flavorful.
Window view of the Miami harbor was fabulous
Gustavo was nice. Pura Vida!!!
If you want to sit outside next to the water, you have to get there early. Tables fill up quickly at the peak lunch times! Great experience, food was just as amazing.
Always great!!! Love the food and the service
If there was a 10 star rating for my meal it would have gotten it in a heartbeat..... it was THAT GOOD. Same experience for all of my dining guests...... Outstanding!
