Our waiter Mars was exceptional as was the food!
For my fiance's birthday was Saturday and the experience was amazing. Our server was very informative, helped us during our first visit. Food was prepared perfectly. Will definitely be back again!
Angry Shrimp was fantastic. Beef Bacon was also fantastic. 2 filets ordered and both were really good and cooked perfectly. 2 ribeyes also ordered and one was perfect while the other was pretty good. Most steakhouses of this level will have a bone out option for a ribeye, no choice of that here. I would have preferred that.
Service was great had no issues at all.
Noise was a little high but we did sit on the patio so it was to be expected somewhat.
Overall a great experience and will most likely be back.
Appreciated the chocolate cake for my friend’s birthday surprise. Overall we had a great day!!! The bar table was a fun environment
I was very disappointed with my experience at your restaurant, I brought my wife to your establishment from Buffalo New York. The music was inappropriate it was an up beat music and way too loud. When I go to fine dining I don't expect loud upbeat music I expect piano type music in a fine dining restaurant!! My dinner I chose what's the $150 wagyu steak for 2. I ordered it medium and it came back rare to raw in the center. Extremely unacceptable to me. I did not return it because I did not want to wait any longer for my meal. Service was good but other than that very poor!!
Great food, service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Average at best. Service was average, forgot a few items. Nice guy, and an obvious smoker just back from a smoke break. Food was good, not great. In Columbus, at $100 per head before tip, there are better places. Sorry.
Our waiter was so attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were excellent .
We just had our second child about 3 weeks ago so we had my wife’s father and mother watch the baby and our 4 year old so we could get out. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The Tuna Poke was amazing!!!! Probably the highlight of the dinner for my wife. She got the salmon entree and I had the Wagyu Steak with Alaskan King Crab on the side. The wagyu was seasoned perfectly and if you compare its grade and price to other restaurants it’s a very generous portion. The drawn butter was a great touch for the Alaskan King Crab. I honestly always expect this but some restaurants do not meet my expectation and simply throw some melted butter in a metal cup, booo. Additionally they also split the Alaskan King Crab for you so you don’t have to feel like you’re being passed the baton to finish the race. Wine selection was great and we selected a petite Syrah to compliment both a fish and meat entree. Lastly we order the green beans for a side which were ok but nothing to write home about. I would try the brussel sprouts on our next visit but this last time my wife was really hankering for the green beans. Remember like I said we had a baby 3 weeks ago and since she did all the work so I wasn’t fighting her on that this evening.
Everything was perfect. We were celebrating my birthday, our 49th wedding anniversary and being with our ten-year-old grandson. Our grandson commented on the sharpness of the knife, the amount of crab legs he got withe his steak-and, of course, the French fries. The server had overheard us talking about our celebrations and returned with a dessert menu at the end of the meal so that we could select a treat as a gift from the restaurant. The carrot cake was the best we've ever had.
We had to send our steak back because it was undercooked. We did not enjoy our dinner.
Very nice staff and Great Meal as always. Thanks for your continued performance
Very good manner and polite waiter and the food was Fantastic!!!
Great food and great service
Normally I love this place; however, this trip was not good. I ordered the IrishAmerican sirloin feature. The whiskey flight itself was good; yet a flight usually consists of at least 3 tastings. This only had two. The problem was the steak. The 30 day aged sirloin was quite disappointing. I ordered it medium rare the center was medium rare and the rest was well. The manager told me that’s how it cooks. I know much better than that but did not feel like arguing with anyone. Plus the reduction was just a gelled mess. Even the angry shrimp were over cooked. Paid for the meal $140 and left.
Everyone’s food was cold. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and for the quality I could see why. Cost was still high. I would not return.
As always the food and service was the best. I always visit when in town.
Outstanding as always. From the moment we walked in until we departed, we couldn't be more satisfied.
Our main course (steak) was not delivered to table until 25 minutes after our salad plates were picked up. Others around us got food much faster. The cut of filet was not good and had a lot of gristle in it. The french fries were under-cooked and not crispy at all. The manager was apologetic for the poor service and food and discounted our check quite a bit. Dined here in the past and had good experience so maybe they had a bad night or perhaps management changed.
As always, the bread was amazing. My food was excellent, but my husband's steak was supposed to be medium and it came out rare. They put it back on for him, but it was a filet mignon so I feel like they should've been able to cook it correctly the 1st time. Excellent service though and super friendly staff.
I generally have a good experience at S however, this time it was a bit different. It was lunch in a fairly empty restaurant. A table a fair bit away had three male diners and one of them spoke so loudly we couldn't help but hear him bloviate. Annoying. Both me and my dining partner ordered our beef tips medium rare. My tips were very close to rare and my dining partner's were medium. This is a surprising mistake for a steakhouse like S&W.
Excellent service and meal. Looking forward to next visit.
The service was outstanding, the food was exceptional! We ordered the Swinging Tomahawk Ribeye. The presentation was impressive and the meat was very tender and flavorful. We will definitely return.
Great service, atmosphere and cuisine.
A little bit more expensive but worthy of a special meal or celebration.
Avoid the seating closest to the front door during the cold weather.
If there was anything I would say could be improved on was the noise level. It was extremely loud in the general area of the resturaunt and at times, hard to hold a conversation. But we will definetly recommend to our friends and return in the future.
We came back for a second time because of how much we enjoyed the first visit here.. food top notch and a very professional wait staff.. one complaint is they have changed the bacon appetizer.. but we were informed that if you request it the old way it still possible to obtain.. this is kinda trivial and please don’t let it come across at a negative to this fine dining experience
Wonderful dinner! Had the Angry Shrimp appetizer and the Snake River steak and both were wonderful. Jennifer, our sever, made the whole night special!
This place was pretty dead on a weekend night. The service was so so, and the food was just OK except for the steaks which were actually very good. I would been better off at Ocean Club where everything is pretty great.
Great place to eat. Probably the best steak I have ever had.
We went to the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful dining experience. We enjoyed a long leisurely Sunday lunch complete with salad (you can easily share), chateaubriand for two (24 oz of filet and roasted veggies), a few small sides along with a nice bottke of Pinot Noir (California). After the meal, the server presented a beautiful piece of carrot cake which brought back memories as we served it out reception.
The server was engaged and he offered thoughtful suggestions. All courses were prepared perfectly with a nice presentation.
Two thumbs up for making our anniversary meal special.
Not sure of our servers name, he was not great. nocked over every wine gakss on the table getting the bottled wine menu off. Offered a second loaf of bread with dinner, and never brouhj it. Was awkward when bringing the checks back to our table... Not the service I would expect at a restaurant like Smith and Wollensky....
Good food, appetizers are privy for the amount you get! We had a wonderful waitress named Nicole.
Food was cold, fish not cooked as requested. Drink service was slow
The dry aged rib eye is probably one the best I've ever had. Super nice waiter!!! He knew the menu inside and out.
Had a wonderful Valentine's day dinner. Sat at the bar and had cocktails before our reservation; which was on time. Great time, will return. Thanks!
Amazing..... enjoyed our evening and food was amazing... especially the tomahawk steak
Everything was very nice.
It does seem that the prices have gone way up....
We had a great meal. The restaurant and food met our expectations.
Outstanding service and food
Great food. Just a bit pricey for me. Salads were huge. We shared a steak with king crab add on. Still too much food. All great quality
