1977年にオープンして以来大盛況のニューヨークのステーキハウスで、アメリカで最も成功したレストランの1つです。 ニューヨーク市内で最も人の出入りの多いレストランの1つで、世界で最も著名なステーキハウスの1つでもあります。新鮮な魚介類とロブスター、各種ステーキやリブ肉を専門とするSmith & Wollenskyは、健康的な量、ベテランのサービススタッフ、アメリカのポップな雰囲気で知られます。 外観は真っ白な塗装木材に深緑の格子細工のトリムが施されています。エレガントな内装は世紀末前後の魅力を誇り、輝く真鍮、ダークウッドのアクセント、磨かれたウッドフロアなどが特徴的です。 Smith & Wollenskyに隣接するWollensky's Grill（入り口は49番通り沿い）は、11:30〜02:00まで営業しています。The Grillでは予約は受け付けていません。

    very disappointing The quality of the food was poor One diner in our party ordered fillet medium and it came back virtually raw in the middle despite having been sent back mashed potatoes were cold Tuna tartar was tasteless and rib eye was tough The noice level was off the charts and every 10 minutes they sang happy birthday to someone in the room couldn’t hold a conversation with the people at our table Just really one of the worse dining experiences i’ve had

    Good food friendly staff. But restaurant was very loud. Not able to talk. Moreover when we asked for the check, they said we need to give our credit card to them to charge the meal to our card. We did it and it didnt work because they were trying to charge without a pin number.

    I would visit the place every time when I am back in NYC. Delicious food, friendly and friendly staff, and the vibe! Today my wife and I were treated with dessert and espresso!
