   The swinging steak tasted great but I thought the “show of cooking it” would have been more. It was over in a minute. Very expensive for a steak. It was an experience. Would I do it again? No. The other meals were fantastic. The music was loud and oddly 80’s for a high end place. Not to mention there were screaming toddlers there. If I’m paying $1000 for dinner I don’t to listen to crying kids. Service was exceptional. Quality of food 5 star.

   Went there for a relatively early dinner Saturday night. Not very many people were there and had an excellent table for two. The food was excellent, had a shellfish tower for two(not actually a tower…) Sides(creamed spinach & whipped potatoes) both excellent. We both had 9oz American wagyu filet mignon. And of course the gigantic chocolate cake. Service was very good but a little slow. Definitely expensive!

   We had a nice early dinner. Also had music since it was Friday. Indoors since it was raining. Great musician. Friday is prime rib special night so I had that. Price has gone up to $74 relatively recently. Still a decent sized piece of meat. I got some sautéed spinach instead of the potatoes and asparagus. Came with popovers. Only concern there is that the bottoms get soaked in meat juice so not as good as if they came on a separate dish like I saw done for other tables. My guest had the salmon and enjoyed it. Server was new but seemed very capable.

   The service is not what you expect from a Smith & Wollensky restaurant. Food was good but ambiance wasn’t a steakhouse.

   Nothing really wowed me about this restaurant. Service was substandard; waitress didn’t smile or look pleased to see us, and, for the cost of the respective plates, caught me off guard. The portion sizes didn’t line up with cost either.

   We celebrated a graduation (2 adults & 3 kids), we were seated at 7:15 for a 7pm reservation & dinner was almost 3 hours La. Now I thoroughly enjoy a leisurely dinner but the continuously forgotten drinks, apps, sides and very very delayed service (except for water refuses), was like nothing I have ever experienced. Steak was great, Brocollini side dish was awful, other sides were more “no fail” fries for kids & Mac & cheese…crème brûlée was completely Cold (typically the carelization can warm the top layer, they preset and carmelizes & tossed in fridge vs freshly prepared) but For $750, highly reconsider your choice… we will not return, many better choices avail unless you’re going for a cocktail

   This was an upper level outdoor space and they had live music, which was outstanding. Our server was one of a kind—unbelievably attentive and personable, timely, and interesting. Food was incredibly good, drinks delicious and potent, and the space was great. Would definitely be a regular customer.

    Avoid this place go to capital grille, Ruth Chris or black and blue instead we went for Mothers day dinner. Service was terrible, had to ask for bread took 10 minutes. Next Wife, daughter, and I all ordered the 10oz filet. They came fairly quick but problem was we didn’t have steak knives yet. Nothing to cut the steak but a butter knife we waited a few minutes with steaks in front of us and server was nowhere to be seen so I went to bar. Bartender was very apologetic I then saw bartender hand the knives to our server on a platter. 2-3 minutes later the server came over and said sorry there was a “shortage” on knives when I had just witnessed him a few minutes earlier handed them lied directly to my face. At this point the steaks were sitting in front of us for 7-8 minutes. Therefore became overcooked. Server then took forever to come back when I ordered another glass of wine for my wife. The service was so bad that I asked for the bill he then took another 5-6 minutes noticed me looking for him and then went to computer to print our bill. I just handed him my card at that point. The bill was $330 I wouldn’t pay $30 for that meal/service given the chance again. We frequent steakhouses such as Ruth Chris in Waltham and capital grille in Burlington. This restaurant isn’t in the same strata sphere as those places. I’d rather go to a pub for 1/3 the price. Service and food would have been better. Avoid this place completely or save your money.
