   They didn't have a lot of the things in the menu. Food was reheated and not even properly as was cold in the middle, calamari were soggy and so on. All the menus were filthy and sticky. When ask staff to clean table they didn't bother to do it... We won't be back, was the first time, and would not recommend this place to anyone for lunch

   Website said meal deal £10 for food and drink but this was not available. Website out of date. We could not find restaurant as it did not say Slug and Lettuce outside! Having said that the service and food was excellent.

   Cold soggy broccoli Heavily undercooked burger Wrong drinks order - gave us more than we asked + wrong gin + ice we asked to not put Took 2 hours to arrive to us Service non existent. Huge restaurant no staff Never been given a food menu or told there is an app

   I booked a table for 20.10.2020 for my Daughters birthday @1pm. Manager on the phone and waitress working behind bar, no one acknowledged us, eventually waitress came over. No happy birthday which I thought might be a nice gesture as they ask if its a special occasion when you book, anyway shown to table, took drinks order and then after a while I had to call someone over to take food order, nothing major just 2 sub rolls both chicken one on white one on brown. Both arrived on white not a massive problem until I went to eat it and it had halloumi instead of chicken!! I did send this back which of course meant my Daughter had nearly finished hers before mine arrived! Disappointing as we were the 2 customers in there-

   I made a last minute booking on your website for Slug and Lettuce and received a confirmation for this. However on arrival I was told that we could not get our table because they no longer use your website and could not offer us a table as they were fully booked. I find this to be very very poor as we had to cancel our lunch due to this and we could not find anywhere else in the area to get a table. Had this been updated by OpenTable or the Restaurant I would have probably been able to book a table elsewhere at the time instead of going there and being turned away. Very disappointed by this service.

   We were not impressed by Missoula and were actually disappointed as they were recommended to us. We visited on the hottest day of the year so far and their air conditioning was just not up to scratch. We also couldnt have sat outside if we wanted to because they had no umbrellas for shade and the outside area was not presented well. We were seated inside, upstairs at the back as they were trying to find the coolest place they could but really this was just dark, lacked ambience and was still too warm. We had an early table booked as we had been to a matinee at the theatre at when we arrived the restaurant was pretty much empty yet they said we needed to sit at the bar as he wasnt sure if the waitress was back from her break - I don't need to know this, just poor service! We then ordered a drink and when our table was ready no one offered to help carry our drinks upstairs. The food was ok, nothing special and one of the dishes we ordered was no described correctly on the menu and was actually prawns on bread. The service during the meal was basic with lots of reaching over people to serve dishes, a not very friendly server and no attention or consideration. The bathrooms were absolutely boiling, almost sauna like - they really should have thought ahead and got fans or something, it was awful. Overall a very average experience.

   Terrible food! Steak was over priced and like rubber. The waitress was rude and they forgot half of our food which meant our food was cold by time we had our sides brought out! Big mistake choosing Missoula!

    Felt a bit pressured to move onto the next stages of the meal despite the place not being particularly busy. Had to tell the waitress twice to please come back in a few minutes after she started to clear plates away before people at the table had all finished. We were sat right under a speaker and once the volume went up in the whole place for the dancefloor downstairs, conversation became almost impossible.
