Never disappointed at Slow Hand! Great food and drinks.
I love the vibe of this place and great cocktails. I would say though that the food is too heavy! They should have a little bit more variety and some healthier options. Those would be reasons we wouldn’t go back often except for drinks. My friends feel the same.
It’s my favorite place in West Chester. Great drinks. Great ambience. I’m going there again tonight.
The menu is inventive and fresh, and there are always some vegan options.
Hand crafted cocktails are delicious.
Service, from everyone in the restaurant, is always attentive without being intrusive.
Fatima, our server, was the Best.
Staff, food, and drinks were all awesome. Waitress helped us decide on some of the small plates that we should try. Everything was great.
Amazing server! Our party doubled in since throughout the night and they accommodated it!
Very casual, almost rustic in its appointments, which belied the outstanding meal. The Scottish salmon was mouth watering!
We dined here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Our server was lovely and very attentive. Food was great until entrees. I ordered the pork shoulder which, much to my dismay, was mostly fat. My nephew selected the chicken which appeared to be undercooked and The pickled carrots didn’t seem to compliment anything; we took most of it home to reheat later. My mom ordered the salmon which was beautifully cooked but the banyuls vinegar overpowered everything. The belly bombers were a big hit! Overall, we had a good time but dinner was a bit disappointing.
Fabulous food & drink in a lovely, simple industrial farmhouse setting with a good music mix. Outdoor seating available. Well-spaced and good precautions for these current concerning times. A mistake of the wrong drink was corrected by removing charge and bringing chosen one (gotta say, the first was gorgeous...too bad not my taste). Menu is not extensive, however changes seasonally with interesting twists and offerings. A touch pricey, but we chose to indulge in a decent portion of the menu (had to try that/that/that!). We are glad they are still here, and look forward to more regular visits...even eventually with other friends.
Delicious brunch! We didn’t have to wait long, yummy drinks and our waiter was so nice!
Our meal was great, drinks even better! Perfect for Sunday afternoon brunch.
The food and drinks were fantastic. Will definitely be back.
Slow Hand knocks it out of the park every single time and this visit did not disappoint! We were celebrating our anniversary and our service was amazing. Drinks — so good! I always love to take the recommendations of staff on what to order. Had scallops for dinner and the banana dessert. So so so delicious. Still dreaming about how delicious everything was!
Scallops were not cooked, the temperature inside was cold
the menu could be improved. maybe change some of the items occasionally. it is always the same food. the mussels special was amazing
Good was just okay. Hush puppies were over cooked Fatima was a great waitress. Loved music.
Fatima was excellent...knowledgeable, kind, pleasant
drinks were Excellent-different & tasty
food was great pork chop done a shade to much but quite flavorful & presented beautifully shrimp was the biggest hit as was the beet small plate both were excellent
the squash too was excellent but the crab with it was a tad to cold better when it warmed up...overall...our group cannot wait to see the new season menu at the end of the month & go back to savor this lovely little place
Slow Hands has wonderful cocktails and fantastic ambiance. Their live music was a nice reminder of "normal" pre covid. Slow Hands takes covid very seriously with their distancing, rules, and staff protection. Thank you!
Fun atmosphere with a great look. I love that the food is fresh and local, farm to table. Had some drinks and they were innovative and delicious.
I only got one half of the lobster I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.
We were told about our time limit before we even got to take a look at the menu. Felt like we were getting kicked out before we even started.
There was a live band that started playing that was extremely loud. Difficult to hear each other past this point.
Slow Hand was perfect!! Will
was great and the atmosphere was really cool and
Comfortable!! Nice being in a place with no TVs!! So it was calm and relaxing!
Almost like a honkeytonk. Really tasty small plates and good whiskey cocktails.
James was a great server! Nice little brunch. The hush puppies were divine!
Dinner was great. Appetizers and cocktails and main dish. LOVED the Dock of the Bay cocktail! Everything was perfect. Thank you!
Went to brunch on a Sunday at 12:00. There was only one other couple in the whole restaurant. Very quiet. The server was very good and attentive. The dish we ordered was chicken fried chicken we both ordered the same thing. We both thought the chicken was very dry. We also ordered a pecan cinnamon bun to share. It was hard as if it was old. We won’t be rushing back to this place. Disappointed.
Love the ambiance of this place! Great brunch, excellent service.
Fantastic food, great service, creative drinks, and inviting atmosphere. Slow Hand is our new favorite!
Food was horrible! Over priced and slow like the name.
My wife and I shared appetizers and small plates. All the dishes were very well executed and the cocktails were tasty!
Go to spot in West Chester.
Menu changes often, always something new and creative.
Great food, Classic cocktails, Knowledgeable staff
Excellent dinner. Terrific menu that gave options for everyone in our party...some great options you don't typically see in West Chester. Service was attentive; prices were good.
An awesome brunch. Had a seat outside for a late-November brunch with the pup and it was a great time. Quiet street, a little chilly at first but then the sun popped out and warmed us up. Everyone here was so nice & friendly. The food was awesome, one issue with one dish was quickly resolved, and we left happy and raving about the awesome experience. The brunch drinks were on the higher side of the average pricing range, but awesome and worth it for sure. My only problem is that I didn’t take photos!!! But I’ll be back, for sure. And I already recommended this place to some family and friends since morning. Thanks Slow Hand!!!
This is not a hyperbole: Slow Hand was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.
Fabulous, inventive, totally delicious! You will not be disappointed, this farm to table restaurant is fresh and outstanding! Very rigorous covid protection as well! If you don’t try it soon, you are missing out!
This is a great date night spot - they have the best mood-setting dim lighting! Romantic and chill. I love that there is creativity in their menu and always something a bit unique. Awesome cocktails, love their seasonal concoctions! Definitely a WC favorite.
Great food, great drinks.
Good food, good drinks, overall good time. Try the sliders.
Great atmosphere, food and drinks! Met the bartender, Deli, who made us the most amazing drinks! Will be back soon!!
Anniversary dinner. First visit. Food fantastic. Gnocchi and a pasta beef special. Creative and delicious. Wonderful service. Great cocktails. Cozy
Great food and service. Looking forward to coming back.
