Visited Sloane’s Corner last night and it was amazing as ever! Started with the calamari which is a must and then I had the 8oz filet and my husband had the hamburger. By far the best filet I’ve ever had! My husband loves the hamburger and he is not a hamburger guy! Service was top notch!

Had dinner outside on their patio. Very nice and intimate. Waitress was great, very attentive. We just had appetizers and a salad since we were going to a show at the opera house. Food was filing. Coffee was incredible. Will go again.

Our second trip to Sloane's Corner was as good as the first. This trip started with the artichoke dip... Very different, flavorful and rich. I had shrimp rigatoni entree. My husband had chicken Milanese. Both were wonderful... But the Milanese is out of this world. We wrapped up with the olive oil cake which sounds weird.. but was actually wonderful. Our server was helpful and available without being invasive. In short, it was a perfect evening.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at dinner last night, before the opera. Our waiter was very attentive to our time limits, and our order arrived surprisingly quickly. My husband had a perfectly cooked medium rare 8oz. filet, accompanied by some of the best french fries we’d ever had. I had the lamb meatballs, very well seasoned and savory, along with a great salad. My Paper Plane cocktail was noteworthy. It was so nice to not feel rushed to finish dinner before we had to leave. This was our second meal at Sloane’s Corner and we will definitely return. It is in a convenient location for walking to the Dallas symphony or opera, or to the DMA.

Rarely leave a review, but decided to after thr negative one below. We dined on the same night, and our service was excellent. The weekend before Valentine's Day is a big weekend for most restaurants and this one handled the rush beautifully. We never felt rushed, but we were also conscious of our time at the table and ordered accordingly. The food and cocktails excellent, well done!

The corned beef in my Rueben was the fattiest I've ever had. They said it was because it was Waygu. But the flavor was excellent. The fries were outstanding; the Caesar salad was not tasty, but the Wedge salad was very good.

The front help is not friendly and do not ever smile or act welcoming. The waiter was very nice and gave good customer service; however, it was hard to hear him since the restaurant is so loud. We could barely hear each other across the table. The food was extremely good but the dessert was very small (palm size) and it cost $12.00, thus it was not worth it. Overall, since the food tastes very good, I would recommend it but not if you are having a client meeting. It is way too loud.

My husband and I found Sloane’s Corner through Open Table reservations. It was walking distance from the hotel we were staying at for NYE. We did not know what to expect. We were completely blown away by the romantic atmosphere, soft romantic music playing in the background, the fire pit burning ever so brightly, along with a water fountain on the patio. The customer service and food matched the amazing atmosphere. They served a special NYE menu, and we are still talking about our dishes & cocktails. My husband and I had such a wonderful time, we can’t wait to ring in next year with this same restaurant. The place is small, I would definitely recommend reservations.

Where to start? We came in to the have dinner before going to a 7:30 show at the Meyerson. The food was great, starting with appetizers. My husband had the chef’s special, which was flounder and absolutely loved it. I would eat the Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese any day of the week. The drinks were nice and our servers did a great job. But.. we parked in the garage and had our ticket validated. It’s $10 flat after six and the validation is good for 2 1/2 hours. We were expecting no more than $10. But alas, the ticket was $15 and we had to pay it to exit. This wouldn’t have been frustrating if we knew what to expect. I contacted the Crow building and did get a reply, basically tough luck. I asked if next time we should eat, get validated, and then leave and come back in the garage. Who knows??
