   The service was non existent. Had to find the server to pay our bill. Loved the food. Credit card terminal was not working so he took the card downstairs which is not ideal. We were very disappointed

We've had an issue with our credit card ready which has definitely impacted and hindered service to a degree.    Such a beautiful place to watch the sunset but there wasn’t anyone to greet us or to give us a table that we reserved on Open Table when we got there so we ended up at the bar, unfortunately. They weren’t that hospitable at all which for bartenders in a place like this was rather surprising. They actually acted annoyed by having to acknowledge us and were not friendly.

   I didn’t have any food just drinks and they were really good. I went when the weather wasn’t the best but it was still an amazing view, the heaters were out and the bartenders were amazing.

   We had a fantastic time at this place! The food was really tasty, and my friends and I enjoyed every minute. The vibe was laid-back and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly, which made our experience even better. The atmosphere and decor were beautiful, creating a nice setting for our gathering. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

   Had a great meal, in a very special, very cool space! Food was tasty & lots of great choices; views were spectacular! Highly recommend this place.

   Was a tiny bar next to a pool. No outside seating. Very disappointed

   Hi Taylor, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time at Skysill Rooftop Bar and Lounge. Being in a hotel, we also have our pool upstairs on the 18th floor. However, we do offer plentiful seating at our 4 high-top tables and on our plethora of couches in our sunken lounge. We take very limited reservations and most seating happens on a first come first serve basis, so it is quite possible you could not find a spot for yourself. Nevertheless, we will always do our best to optimize seating for every guest of the hotel and outside guest we service at Skysill. Thanks again, -The Westin Tempe

   Had a great evening at Skysill rooftop lounge and bar. Food was good especially tacos. Comfortable setting to watch sporting events and enjoy small bites and drinks with friends

   Apparently, there was a Winter Chalet pop-up set up by the Westin-and the booking agent set my slot for 3 o’clock start. there were no associates available to escort me to my reserved area and find out that the dining restaurant was not open for at least an hour. I went down to speak to customer service in the lobby. She tried to call her manager her manager, said she would call me back. I never received a call back and never attended the Winterfest pop-up really overrated. Make sure you check the time and date. Sunday seems like a slow bar day. No one was by the pool and the bar was not popping. It has been three days and I still failed to hear back from the management.

    Overall a very good experience. My one recommendation is to have heaters around the tables and chairs. Since it is all outdoors and it get chilly after sunset.
