Located on the top floor of the Main Stand at Edinburgh's iconic Tynecastle Park Stadium.

Sit back and relax as our team proudly present a celebration of seasonal ingredients and flavours in our recently renovated premises. From starters to desserts, every dish has been carefully crafted to showcase excellent local produce.

We’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available.

Since opening in 2020, we’ve become a favourite to locals and visitors alike - recently claiming a place in OpenTable's UK Top 100 Restaurants for 2023 and winning Best Restaurant in the 2023 Radio Forth Awards.

Our restaurant is open for breakfast seven days a week, and open Thursday to Sunday for lunch and dinner (last seating at 5pm on Sunday). Booking is essential.

    We went on a Sunday for lunch. There is a 2 or 3 course option menu. The choice was great. Staff were attentive and professional. The way the work and interact together was a joy to behold. The food was outstanding. We will be back without a doubt and highly recommend that others who have yet to go, book and enjoy this amazing dining experience.

    The Skyline Restaurant is quickly becoming our "go to" place to eat. Service is second to none and you cannot fault the quality of the food.

    This place is just wonderful, from the service to the food everything is excellent. lovely decor. welcoming staff. the presentation of the food is spot on and of the highest quality. cannot fault it and will certainly be back/

    We had a fantastic time at the Skyline restaurant last Thursday evening. The quality of the food was excellent and the menu had a wide variety of choices. I thought the pricing was very reasonable, we took the 3 course option for just under £40 and being season ticket holders we also enjoyed an additional 15% discount (promotion during July). Finally, the service was excellent with Stephen and Izzy always making sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks were topped up! Great service guys 👍

    Attended the Skyline for our anniversary along with our Canadian visitors. Have been several times and never disappointed.

    Had a fantastic afternoon at the Skyline restaurant. Lovely lunch, eton mess was amazing. Had a little sit out on the balcony bit for a while to get air and then watched the tennis on the big screen in the bar area. Staff were wonderful, dealing with questions about the menu and being very accommodating. Bar man, was very knowledgeable about Hearts football club. Hoping to perhaps return for Christmas lunch
