   Open table booked me for regular lunch but when we arrived they said they only serve brunch. There was a brunch option that I did not choose when booking. Service was just ok. Place was amazing.

   Was seated promptly at reservation time. The waiter came over and got us water, then left us. After 25 or 30 minutes, I asked another server for menus and he was prompt and polite. He said our server would be back shortly. After another 20+ minutes I flagged down another server who stepped in and took our order. A total time of 2.5-3 hours for dinner was ridiculous. Other tables were seated after us, were served, ate, and left before we got our dinners. It's a beautiful place. Great view and excellent food. The prices were very fair, but the service was poor at best.

   Came here with friends for a university graduation dinner. It was pretty good, the views at night are great. We had to wait quite a bit for our table to be ready, even though it was a reservation. We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. The service was also really slow, our server would never be around, and it would take ages for us to order something and get what we ordered. The food was just okay, but the ambiance and live music were very nice.

   First class operation from A-to-Z, highly qualified service staff wonderful fresh flowers everywhere. Outstanding cuisine, and of course, some of the best views in the world.

    our goto favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions, this time a birthday, and we were not disappointed, food service ambiance were excellent, we will be back
