We had to wait an extremely long time for everything we ordered—drinks, appetizers, and an entree. Sat down at 8:45 and didn’t receive how entrees until 10:30.

It was very nice. My server Robert was excellent. My other two tables wasn’t as fortunate, 3 of my guests were seated and their waiter refused to split the check and insisted it could not be done ( which was a lie). And, did not turn in my mother’s order.

Find Ming your way through the hotel to the restaurant is a puzzle, but quite the adventure. You must go for yourself. The vibe was right. The view over the city is amazing especially at night. I would definitely go back.

We came in pretty late, and I really appreciate that the staff still welcomed us and took us in with no hesitation — amazing customer service! Everyone was kind, and the overall service was great. The view from the restaurant was also beautiful, which added to the experience. As for the food, it was okay. There wasn’t much flavor, and my husband ordered the ribeye steak medium rare, but it came out more medium. It might’ve been better if it had been cooked properly. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the great service and atmosphere, but the food could use a little more attention to detail.

The first night I went their service elevator broke so they didn’t have any food. Not their fault just frustrating. I went back 2 days later and the experience was awful. I made reservations and didn’t get seated until 20 min after my reservation. My dinner service from start to finish too almost 2 hours. No one checked in on me. My water never was refilled. I had to seek someone out to get a water refill. The guests next to me also waited so long for any service they got up and left. Another patron said they were there for 1.5 hours and didn’t even get their main course yet and had to wait 35 min for the staff to bring them chili flake for their appetizer. All this being said the staff was friendly but communication was terrible and no one ever apologized for the extreme wait times. Nothing was compd - nothing offered for my poor experience.

Skydome was not serving food the night of our reservation and I wasn’t aware of this before hand. Maybe I missed that notification when making the reservation but it was disappointing to get off the plane to meet my friend there and then not have what we were expecting. We made the best of it and ordered drinks and enjoyed the view while we caught up. My friend arrived first and I came later. The entire time I was there not one person came over to check if we needed anything else to drink which I would have ordered another if asked. The elevator was also broken from the 14th floor to the 15th floor and we were all rerouted to the stairs which was fine. It would have been nice if someone would have taken the time to clean up all the garbage in the stairwell where customers would be walking constantly.

I have been going to the Skydome since it opened in the 70's Great food, and amazing views, just like I remembered it in High School. Thanks for a great experience

The view was amazing, and the waiter did a very good job attending to us constantly but not too much. The shrimp pasta definitely needs more broccoli for the amount of money you pay and the size of the bowl. I had 3 pieces of broccoli so a little disappointed there. The experience was awesome. Me and the wife would definitely go again.
