Beautiful setting, very sophisticated for a smaller college based town. Staff went above and beyond given we were a large group needing both meals and cocktails. Super fun to see hotel guests enjoying the outdoor pool on one side and a view of mountains to the other. great spot, such a good evening there.

Our group was met with annoyance. For every request, we were made to feel like our party was complaining rather than asking for service. The crostini was clearly and unmistakably stale, tooth chipping consistency, and we were insultingly offered hamburger buns. We became too warm by the fire and politely asked to have the thermostat lowered. It was another hindrance to the staff. No wonder there were so many empty tables.

Drinks were great and food was ok to good. Soggy fries! Room was freezing cold. Most guests were in jackets. Food came out at once instead of apps first etc. A gas fireplace was the focal part of the room and not on. Missed opportunities to be really great.

Madi, our server, was fabulous, as was another young woman whose name escapes me, but she worked alongside Madi. We enjoyed our food (the elk meatballs with huckleberry sauce were divine!) and the drinks were great. An amazing sunset capped off our fun gathering.

Food was good for the price. Drinks overpriced for the amount served. Had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged then another 10 or so as the waiter had some sort of situation going on. The view at sunset was outstanding so I suppose that’s what you’re paying for and not the service.

Really cool views and decent food. We made our reservation for 8pm on a Friday night. I didn't realize it was "closing time." We were only offered one menu for three of us, my friend went to the front to ask for more and she had to search all over the restaurant to find some. The servers decided to set up a silverware wrapping station right next to our table (also first table you see as you walk in the door). I could never get our servers attention because she was busy doing dishes. The three of us got steaks and I had get up and stand at the bar waiting for the server to walk by to ask for waters, a drink (i hadn't ordered when we first sat down), and steak knives. My husband finished his 1st drink before the meal came and the server only came back to drop the food off and didn't offer another round. I wouldn't have thought 8pm on a Friday would have such bad service. The place was still full of other customers... not like we were the only ones there.

Fantastic place to bring out-of-town visitors or even locals who want a great view. The menu is more of a happy-hour menu than it was when it first opened. Reasonably priced too.

The views of the Gallatin valley are gorgeous. Perfect place for cocktails & food on a blue bird day. The food is good. I enjoyed the mushroom ciabatta and everyone enjoyed the garlic fried.

Listen, if you want to charge 16 dollars for a drink; make it something impressive. The drink I got, Jessica Rabbit, came in a glass a little bigger than a thimble. If you were going to charge big sky prices, then I suggest having something that has a wow affect, other than just the scenery.

Located on 9th floor of the Kimpton Armory Hotel. Hostess was nowhere to be found for 20 min, we were late for our reservation with a long line waiting behind us. We were finally able to hunt her down and she seated us right away with no apology or comment. Despite this awkward welcome, the food was good, spectacular views, cool vibe and great waitress although my daughter’s meal came out almost 30 min after the rest of us. The charcuterie board was great and featured local sausage (antelope, rabbit, pork) spicy and excellent flavor. Summer salad has the best croutons & tasty light dressing. Jessica Rabbit cocktail was very good. Definitely come give it a try, we will be back. They just need to be better organized anticipating their guests arrival.

Windy outside; noisy inside. Difficult to have conversation but great people watching. Fun to see the Bozeman landmarks at a bird’s eye view. Headed to the basement after drink and snacks to listen to Jazz. Now that was outstanding!

We had a girls happy hour at Sky Shed and it was so fun! Such a beautiful view of the valley. We had the curry friend and they were cooked perfectly and so delicious! Our drinks were great. However they were out of IPAs on draft and also out of ginger beer so our options were more limited. Happy hour is reasonably priced and a great time!

We LOVED our Snow Shed experience! There were four of us, and the shed was warm and our service was excellent! The food was served family style and was plentiful, perfect temperature, really good, and a nice variety of normal and a little different, for all tastes. Tip: Make a reservation for an early time (4pm) so you can be there during daylight, sunset and night. Very magical, highly recommend!

Very quiet in the Shed, we started at 4:30pm and it was definitely freezing by the end at 6:30; we were happy to go back inside and warm up. Blankets were provided, possibly include a dress code when reserving the Sheds- sweater, thick socks & boots. Service was great! The shed was super cute, but very quiet and a little awkward at the beginning. Loved the food and the fun drinks! I would recommend to a friend, but for them to dress warmer than we did!!

The party prior to ours was running late so that made our reservation late and also made our server very irritable. He ended up recovering about halfway through. For the price, not really worth it. Food was decent, loved the number of courses. However, the snow shed was freezing. Two small floor heaters was not enough to heat the glass room. Also, the service fees were upwards of $100 and that did not include gratuity, which was another $100. Lastly, this was our first time doing the snow shed experience so we had no idea what the experience entailed. It would have been nice for the waiter to explain what the “experience” was, and would have been even nicer to know ahead of time the cost per person. Plus we took our two kids under the age of 12, and we had to pay full price for them. Party of 7 was $700 so just be prepared.
