What an amazing evening. We made reservations for 2. They sat us with 2 other couples around a large fire pit. That was just what we were hoping for. The music was great. Not too loud, very enjoyable. The food…excellent! We started with Fried Pickles that were hot and delicious. Split a burger with my husband. It was enough for both of us. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow night. The sunset view was spectacular..

I cannot rate the food because we didnt stay long enough. Went with 3 friends for a birthday brunch. Got out of the elevator and there was live, folksy kind of music. We had to talk loud to hear each other over music we didnt care for. No bueno. We left and found another place we were super happy with. PS - View is only good at dining area if you choose a tall table.

For a higher end bar and drink and food prices, I have to say it's disappointing. Wasn't crowded when we were seated but service was rather slow. Paper napkins and flatware we just placed between me and my girlfriend. Not classy at all. My girlfriends meal had a long blond hair backed into the cheese so it obviously happened during the cooking. Fortunately our check reflected the mishap but still not what I was looking for taking her on a special date to a place she has been wanting to visit. Other than the atmosphere, Dennys food is better. Won't visit again.

Our server sucks. He never crossed one word other than what would you like. Then would not come back and check on us. After a while we were the ones chasing down. He will ask for something and he either forgets or just wouldn’t come back.

Made a reservation via open table for 12:15. We were sat early around noon which was appreciated and we ordered two drinks and one appetizer (chilled spinach artichoke dip). My wife's drink came immediately and my drink came after 30 minutes of waiting. Our waitress apologized and brought it immediately. That was the first time we had seen her since she took our initial order around noon. We waited some more hoping our appetizer would arrive, but it did not even though tables that were sat after us had their food. Our waitress came back 30 minutes later and asked if we would like to place an order for any food. I had to remind her we were still waiting for our appetizer, I could see in her face that she likely forgot to place the order just like she likely forgot about my drink order earlier. I asked for the check and of course our appetizer was on it. So I had to hunt her down and remind her that in an hour and 15 minutes all that we had gotten was 2 drinks and plates for an appetizer that never came. She took the appetizer off the bill. This is the 1st review I have ever left any business. That's how bad the service was.

Our server (I think her name was Melissa) was literally the worse server I’ve ever had. After not bringing our appetizer or drinks out for an hour she ignored us, walked past our table several times without making eye contact and eventually just abandoned our table and left for the night - without a word. We should have just gotten up and left as well without paying, but we flagged down someone and paid our bill and left. Melissa got zero tip because she literally did zero

Beautiful setting with great drinks! Staff nice and friendly and always checked on us to make sure we were good and didn't need anything additional. We had two birthdays in our group and our waitress gave them both a bowl of soft serve ice cream, which was super nice and unexpected.

The service was terrible, we waited almost an hour, if not longer for our drinks. There are not many food options, the menu was lacking. Improve appetizers & entrée options, please! The waiter tried to over charge us for tequila shots, it wasn’t until we looked at the bill to notice the mistake. Be prepared to have terrible service with great views & a fun vibe.

the veggies had clearly been chopped so far back into the day that they were bendy. I dont need to pay 18 bucks for rubber carrots. spinach dip very little flavor. Oysters were good. Both of us had stomache issues after, and I am fairly iron-gutted. For the price point and with so much to do and see in napa, I will not be coming back as a born and raised local of 28 years. But hey, its not really for us is it? Edit: in response to your response since I want this public: “Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent visit to Sky&Vine. And hoping we come again after 100 bucks for two dishes 2 drinks is a whacky thing to propose, given that 1 dish 1 drink weren’t even finished due to quality. if I had you eat bad food for 100 dollars and I asked you to go again, you’d look at me pretty funny.

It took over 45 minutes for our order tho be taken, despite three different people saying they would be right back to take it. We watched at least two other tables sit, order, and get their food before we ordered ours.

We made reservations for 9:30pm and when we arrived they noted the bar was closed and they were not serving anymore. We were able to convince the host to let us get a drink and she was very accommodating. It was very frustrating to have a reservation and driving 20 minutes to the venue to find out they were not going to be open. We were able to get one drink but at that time of 9:45pm it was last call … so we had 15 minutes total. I get there are always issues with staff but not contacting me to advise me of the closing is totally unacceptable. They had my name and number from the “confirmed reservation” and took no initiative to let me know of the change. The staff was great and they were very apologetic and I appreciated that aspect but where is the hotel management at … hmmmm????

The website and OpenTable made this look like a chill spot for a nice cocktail or glass of wine and some decent bites, as the view was the main selling point. No one expected 5 star fare or drink, but we did expect a nice relaxing environment tailored for the romantic view. It was anything but chill... Which would be fine, I suppose, if it had something else going for it. It did not. The view was ok. You literally cannot see one vineyard, which is amazing in its own right. It was loud - real loud, too loud. Party loud. Vegas loud. They got my drink order wrong, and when corrected, it reminded me of an airport cocktail. Serviceable but not "good." The food makes Applebees look good. To be fair, we only had apps, because we got up and left. If a place can't do FRIES right, run. To top it off, the furniture and decor are chintzy, not elegant. I feel terrible for wasting one of our "Napa moments" here. I'm sure you could toss a rock from that rooftop and hit 10 better spots. Avoid.

Service was so bad we opted to leave after waiting 25 minutes for a drink. When we arrived hostess asked if we still wanted outside, we said yes only because we didn’t realize the outside tables were more of a lounge set up and we couldn’t really eat a meal there. So we nicely asked the server when she came over, immediate attitude when we asked and said flat out no, took our drink order and walked away, then when a person in the party went back to hostess not long after being seated she said now nothing was available even though it was 5 min before, but ok. I said we said we would order drinks at the lounge table and asked to be moved when something was available. We figured a drink or two then we would go have dinner at a table…. 25 minutes go by our 1st drink never arrives, we get up to leave and as we pass the hostess asks if we still wanted the inside table. We said no we were just going to leave because we never even received our drinks from 25min ago. She gave an attitude and walked away. Like this is a roof top bar overlooking a parking garage. It’s not a prestigious roof bar or dining experience and your staff suck. We were not rude we were patient and your staff were atrocious

Our server was nice and very accommodating (particularly for a friend that has severe allergies), it’s a beautiful experience, however they seemed understaffed. It appeared that there was only one server for all 20+ tables. Every step In our ordering and paying process took at least half an hour and we spent over 2 and a half hours at the restaurant. We had a larger party (7 people) and there were several other large parties there at the same time so I understand, I just think they need to hire some more staff or something. The food was mediocre and so were the drinks. You are really paying for the experience. But they will be very accommodating if you have any special requests for food.

Not what I expected when you think roof top restaurant in Napa. Definitely has that hotel restaurant feel. It IS outside which is nice but the view is only from a few bar height tables along the edge of the roof, not sure why I thought differently. Wasn’t asked if we’d like a view or not. Our waitress was wearing athletic wear (spandex shorts and tshirt), not many food choices and is pricey. The food and drinks we did get were good however. Would likely not go there again, so many better options.

I’m a part time resident here but bringing my girlfriends here for a girls weekend was delightful. HUGE shoutout to our server, Melissa! She noticed we hadn’t been served and jumped right in and was a gem the rest of the night. Customer service is the most important thing when going out and experiencing a new city, Melissa you made our night.

Was looking for somewhere fun and with a view for our last day in Napa and this place did not disappoint. We really had a great time. The mimosa flight was just right. The food was just ok but we really just came for the views and that was enough.

Cute restaurant, good vibes. Service isn't the best, we ordered 2 hour bottomless mimosa, the waitress came by once. I will say the food was pretty good. This place can't handle high foot traffic, maybe it was a bad day but according to other reviews the service seems to be the trend. I'll give them an other

Food took forever, my husband had to take back his waffle and chicken because it was cold. He had to ask for butter. My breakfast sandwich wasn’t seasoned and the bread was stale. I will never return. They need a new chef asap. AND the waitress wasn’t friendly. There are too many restaurants in Napa to have food and service like this. Shame on you Archer hotel.

Food and drink were good. The hostess was rather rude when we arrived. We had 3 different servers and the lack of management leadership showed. We had a great experience with the food runner Berk... she is awesome. I would not recommend until I experience better service.

Our server was Dominic and he was very attentive. He offered to get us more bread for our cauliflower dip and then turned down the fans when it got a little chilly. All of the food we ordered was tasty and our cocktails were superb!

It was a disappointment. I’m not sure why I have to pay $25 if I don’t show up. I was expecting more from them since they fine you $25 for not showing up. It pretty much ruined our day since we didn’t have a satisfied tummy. There are better restaurants in the area that will treat you special and tummy satisfied.
