Chef Chris and Chef Marshall consistently. maintain their vision to provide a food event unlike any other. The High Cotton Club is no exception. The dining area is modern, warm and inviting. Our Sea Bass and Filet were cooked as requested and exceptional. The staff genuinely care about the service they provide. Well worth our 2 hour drive every time we visit.
Great dinner experience with our family. Only compliant was the drinks were slow coming. We ordered drinks along with water and we were done with our app before they came. Bill was messed up between our parties. She forgot to put our apps on our bill. Another couple in our group had the wrong drinks billed. Need to be more organized then just a note pad. They weren't too busy, so I'm not sure why we had errors. The food was amazing. No complaints!
The food is top notch and the price tag matches it. The from of the restaurant is the Burger side. The menu in the back is almost all seafood and the two menus don’t cross over. The set up is basically right in the kitchen. Don’t be surprised when the chef steps over to see how the dish was. I’m surprised to have a place like this in Green Bay. Definitely feels like a great small spot in Chicago.

Dining experience than Algoma Skaliwags (still my favorite) that was enjoyed by our party of 10. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made the group feel like regulars. The food was fantastic and the drinks were just right. Will definitely stop in again.
We loved everything about this place! Try it, you will not be disappointed! Stayed at Lodge Kohler and made sure I recommended it to everyone I chatted with!

Had an amazing meal with Chef Marshall. I told the waitress we would like a coursed meal put together by the chef. Chef Marshall came and visited our table and asked likes and dislikes and allergies. After learning we had no allergies and like all types of delicious food he invited us up to the counter where the open kitchen is to watch him work. He not only served us one amazing course after another he also spent time to converse with us during our meal. Not only is he a very talented young chef he is also very respectful and kind to his customers as well as his staff. Well done on all fronts!

Fabulous meal! Marshall is a gifted chef and he created a special meal for my birthday. I was there on New Year's Eve and I'll be headed back in a week or so! High Cotton Club is one of the best restaurants in Green Bay!
One of the specials for the night was crab cakes. These crab cakes were none I have ever had before! Full of lump crab meat and lobster. Almost no filler. Worth every dollar. Don't pass this place up expectantly if you are coming from out of town!
Food was fantastic, just as it has always been at their other locations. Sitting at the bar and having a front row view of the chefs in action is a nice experience from my wife’s and my perspective. Service was excellent, as was interaction with Chef Marshall. We highly recommend.
Had New Year's dinner with my wife at the High Cotton Club. The summary that best describes our experience was that the fine dining is done by the same staff and kitchen as the burger experience in the front of the house and the expensive meals reflected this. I don't think that a business can be both, at least not at the high prices that are asked at the High Cotton Club.

New Year’s Eve dinners can be challenging but our food and service were top notch.
As a long time fan of Skaliwags in Algoma, I am happy to report that the new location is just as delicious! The setting is comfortable and as always, the food is fantastic. Part of the charm is being able to interact with the chefs and staff since the kitchen is open concept. This was my second visit to this location and I visited during New Year's Eve. Service was spot on and food was presented in a timely manner. A new Green Bay favorite!
My husband and I went here for New Years Eve. While the meal was pricey we feel it was worth every penny. To being greeted and seated by Chef Chris to Chef Marshall’s perfectly prepared Seabass & 40 day aged New York Strip. It doesn’t get any better. Perfect service, perfect food. We will definitely be back!

Wish we would have asked about the price of the special before ordering (it was no noted anywhere). It was very good but we probably would have chosen a less expensive option.
Loved the vibe in the High Cotton Club. Chef’s and staff are top notch. Had the crab cakes. Just like on the east coast. Superb😋
Food was great as expected. Be careful when you make a reservation. There are two different dining experiences- the burger place is in the bar. We thought that is where we were dining and we had actually had a reservation in the fine dining area. They do not explain what menus are available and the difference in the areas. We saw people sitting down and then leaving when they were given the menu. We didn’t leave but was disappointed.
The service was impeccable. Food amazing. Chef Chris has a great team.
The best meal we have ever had out! My friend doesn’t eat vegetables and he ate every bite of the asparagus! The fillet was perfect in every way and the mashed potatoes were out of this world! We chose to get both potato options to try and the only disappointing part of the meal is that the food was gone! We even ordered creme brûlée for dessert and we never get dessert! From the crab appetizers to dessert it was an amazing meal and experience!

I have enjoyed every iteration of Skaliwags, back to the original in Algoma. Chef Chris and his team have really stepped up their game with the latest Green Bay restaurant. At the original Skaliwags, you just knew it would be a clusterf@ck, service would be sparse, but the food would be amazing; it became part of the appeal. Now they have stepped up the service and the interior to match the quality of the food. Way to go guys!!

Chef Marshall makes every visit worth the drive! We met him in Agoma, followed him to Saumico, and now choose high top bar seating on his end of the kitchen at the High Cotton Club.
This was our second time dining at High Cotton and it didn't disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. Chef Marshall is wonderful and even made sure he stopped at every table to see how everyone's dinner was. We will definitely be going back again!

Loved our dinner and evening there! Food was fabulous, unique and very fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and personable and, on top of that, the chefs came to our table and directly engaged with us! Very enjoyable father/son duo who made us feel like old friends and tweaked our dinner choices to allow us to taste even more options. Mako shark, beef tenderloin, shrimp and grits and pasta special were all fabulous. Amazing place - recommend to anyone who gets to GB,
We came to Skaliwags High Cotton Club to enjoy dinner celebrating our 33 anniversary. We knew it would be pricey but we’re still looking forward to a nice dinner. We were told the specials for the evening. Everything sounded awesome. So we each ordered one. When the bill came we were floored to find the short ribs with bacon wrapped scallops and veggies was $95.00. Needless to say, our bill for the two of us was well over $200.00. When a dinner is that much, the customer should be informed ahead of time. We will come back but it will be a long time before we do and we will ask the price before ordering.

The food was delicious. The chef came to check on us several times. The kitchen is open to the dining room. You can sit at the bar looking at the kitchen or at tables. The crab bisque was divine, as were the crab cakes!

This was a fun dining experience, we were told by a friend to sit at the bar so we could watch the chef prepare our meal. So glad we did, chef and his staff were engaging and interesting, we enjoyed the conversation and atmosphere. I don’t think we’ve had such a fun meal in long time. And the food.....let me just say that it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend this place enough, looking forward to returning soon.
