   We usually have trouble getting last minute reservations here, so we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to do so. It was hubby's birthday, & I wanted to fix him dinner at home, but I wasn't feeling up to it, so we decided to go out. I specified that it was his birthday on the reservation, even though it was only the two of us. The hostess wished him happy birthday when we checked in, but our server did not seem to notice that we were celebrating it. Other than that, the service and the food was very good, so no complaints there. We have always liked the general ambience here, as well.

   We were celebrating our Holiday Luncheon for the Senior Leadership team and chose Sixty Vines with a 1 pm reservation for nine guests. The hostess was very welcoming, our table was ready with plenty of room to spread out and the hostess quickly brought out water as she offered paper menus and directed us to the QR code menu. Our server stopped by quickly and got our drink orders and explained the menu and it was off to the races as we chose lunch options from a varying menu for all guests to find a unique combination of offerings. There were orders of salmon, pizza, salads, burgers and chicken-we ate a lot! Ending the meal with coffees, but no desserts, there was NO room and the meal was on 1 check which made it a lot easier. The manager came over during coffee time and thanked us for coming in and he was very kind. We had a great meal, enjoyed time away from the office and many plan to come back with significant others for an evening sampling of the food and wines. Thanks to Sixty Vines for a great experience!

   Once again had a great time at Sixty Vines. Our server, Gabe, was knowledgeable about both food and wine, as is always the case. He paced our service perfectly and we were never rushed or left waiting. We were there for dinner with friends from England and they were quite impressed with the entire experience. Thanks again Sixty Vines and Gabe!

   I love coming to sixty vines, especially on anniversaries! The ambiance is amazing and the food is wonderful but we didn’t have the best experience with our waitress. She didn’t seem very available and even though I had put down on the reservation that it was for our six year anniversary, she did not mention it and we had to ask for a free dessert, which I find strange because normally the service is great and they are really good at making us feel special on occasions like these. Another thing that wasn’t great was three of the wines we requested were not available even though they are in the menu. A bit confusing but other than that we had a great time.

   Sixty Vines is an exceptional restaurant in Winter Park. The service, food, menu, atmosphere are all terrific. Each time we bring friends to dine there, they always enjoy it as much as we do.
