My daughter bday. Terrible service not what I ve expected made reservation when we got there they told us oh you re checked in go ahead and wait just a few minutes but those few minutes became 30 minutes, so As we were waiting people was arriving and not waiting they were getting to their table right away so I decided to ask the girls again Is my table ready? They were like 5 girls there and the same one who told me just wait a minute told me again oh I’m so sorry let me get your table ...at that point I was already a little bit upset that they forgot about us This was a very special occasion for my daughter and I, she has been living in Austria for the past few years and a close friend recommended this restaurant to celebrate her birthday oh well never again !
Get large portions. The large portions don't even fill you up. You think that the price of the food is good until you see how little you get.
Sixty Vines has quickly become one of my favorite brunch places! The food is amazing, they have a great atmosphere, and the mimosa special ($20 bottle & add your choice of juice) is good too!
Great service and great experience. Took a relative for her birthday and she loved it. We're already talking about going again.
Love this place so much! The atmosphere is great and so is the food. Our waiter was very knowledgable of the menu and gave great recommendations. We went for brunch with a rather large group so I was very thankful I could make the reservation ahead of time, which OpenTable made extremely easy to do. We all opted for the mimosa bar, which had a great selection of juice and fruit to mix with your sparkling wine. To start, we had the orange morning buns. Then for our meal, my boyfriend and I split the salmon bagel board and the carrot cake pancakes. Both great options! But the most popular item at our table was the avocado benedict, which looked great. Highly recommend for brunch in Dallas!
This is a beautiful restaurant! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and enjoyed wine and dinner. The wine selection is like none other and all are on tap - very eco-friendly. Our dinners were outstanding. My husband had the pork loin -marinated and crusted perfectly. I had the Wagyu beef - cooked as requested, tender and so very delicious. My son had the Chef's pizza and it came out perfect - thin and charred crust and delicious toppings. We had to finish dinner off with the devil's food cake topped with ice cream with a cold press coffee to pour over. So good! The staff behind the bar that helped us were absolutely the best! Personable and very knowledgable about the menu and wine. We really enjoyed our evening. Definitely will return the next time we visit our son in Dallas!
Beautiful space and perfect ambiance for a more special night out. One thing that kept happening to someone I was dining with: It was her first time there and she was on a budget. She failed to specify the size of the glass of wine she was ordering (they have half glass, 5 ounce, 8 ounce, and carafe) and the waiter automatically brought her the more expensive full glass (a 16 dollar glass of wine) when she had meant to order the half glass. So, this was her mistake, but it also happened to her when she ordered beer too. Just a warning that the waiter does not always ask, so be careful. The food is a bit pricey but i do think that it is really good high quality stuff.
Everyone was so kind, the wine was amazing and the pasta was just perfect
We had an excellent anniversary dinner. They were very accommodating of our requests, and ensured that we had a great experience.
One of my favorite places! Its so pretty here and the food is delish and Rose was 1/2 price so that was just perfect for our crowd!
We had a large work group come to dinner and the service was exceptional and they split the bill multiple ways and it was really a great experience!
Great place. Food was a little over priced. But great atmosphere and service.
Server was not good - unprofessional and not attentive. Ordered steak medium came out well done. Love the ambiance and vibe. But that can only get you so far when the food is subpar as well as the service.
We were crammed at a corner table and service was pretty slow, the food was delicious though.
It was a great experience! Very romantic for our anniversary! Would definitely come back again. Wine tasting was especially great!
The restaurant had an energetic vibe! Service by Nico was great and food was different but delicious!
Our waiter Ismael did an absolute incredible job!! He was very pleasant, attentive and accommodating. I would recommend him and sixty vines to everyone.
Sixty Vines did an incredible job hosting a birthday celebration. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs and requests! Also super yummy brunch!!
I had a terrible experience with a friend of mine whom I hoped would have enjoyed the dinner, and especially the SERVICE! I I talked to one of the managers about this incident, though the service was still very low. Hopefully, the manager I made aware of the experience I had, will do something to verify employees’s character, to also ameliorate the understanding of the business and ethics of the business. I am surprised that this has happened, but in the meanitime it is also understandable that sometimes there could be some sort of incident when dining at a restaurant. I am leaving this review so that there is proof of this bad experience with the waitress I had. I don’t recall the name of the girl who served our table, but I hope that she will be taught how to serve people. It’s Sixty Vines and I expect to be served with pleasure and happiness. Thank you.
Nice selection of wines. However, our waiter attempted to upsell everything on the wine list. We noticed it right from the start and disregarded his high priced suggestions. The food was good, but not great. Enjoyed the ambiance.
This was my second time at this location and I've been pleased both times. I've only been for brunch but I was impressed by the Mimosa Bar, which has a great variety of fruit and juices. I tend travel with a large party for bunch and I was happy how this location was able to accommodate my party. The food is also good, I would say small portions but overall taste very well.
The whole atmosphere is fabulous, we had a great evening of gorgeous food and wine with a friendly well informed hostess, who thankfully didn’t mind explaining the concept to us more than once! We never felt rushed even though the place was super busy and really enjoyed the whole experience! We will definitely be back!
Sixty Vines did a great job of serving our group of ten people for a pre-theater meal. Food was delish and service was excellent. Got to the theater on time, too.
The food was delicious as usual but the serving staff was pretty slow. It took 16 min before anyone asked for our drink order. I specifically called ahead the day before to tell them we were on a schedule and it’s as if they totally disregarded it. Our waiter seemed to be having a bad day and wasn’t all that friendly. The food was quick to come out once we finally ordered it and overall all the ladies in our group had a great time!
Service was the least attentive we've ever seen it but, otherwise, things were good.
Wonderful food and very attentive wait staff
Waiter was serviceable, but not as good as the rest of the experience.
Service and food was excellent
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time! Service was great, the space was open and fun and the food? To. Die. For. You will not be disappointed!!
Had reservation but seated us 25 minutes late. Service was excruciatingly slow, did not keep our table cleared, forgot part of our order.
Loved the atmosphere and the wine selection! Our waiter was a little frazzled but we didn’t mind. The food was really good!
Great location for pre-concert (AA) dinner
Great spot for any occasion! Constant service by all the friendly Waiters!
Pleasantly surprised by the decor and food. The wait staff could use additional training - hence my low tipping.
Excellent location that is tucked into the Crescent. We would not have known it was there without some advanced research. The wine list is great. The wine flights include both old friends and new. My wife & I did not eat, but just had a little wine flight for a night cap. Very lovely.
We so wanted to love this place. It’s beautiful and packed. Our food was undercooked, specifically our cauliflower was still crunchy, chicken was grisly and cobbler had crunchy, raw fruit.
The food and ambiance are great but for some reason they always seat me right by a pole.
Underwhelmed with our experience. Our server was good, but my husband did not get the right food, and the food in general was warm and not hot. It was also very loud in the dining room, even though we were on the side of the restaurant.
Great place to take your girls or on a cute day date! Love the atmosphere and the food was amazing!
Love the crispy zucchini!!!
