Our server Marta was amazing! She was very attentive and informative. We had a wonderful first experience there and we will definitely be back when we are in Charlotte again.

Sixty vines has a great atmosphere. Great cocktails, great food as usual but service was lacking this time around and the AC was definitely broken. Sadly my fiancés birthday wasn’t acknowledged either even though I noted it. I’ll still return at some point again though.

Sixty Vines was a great experience and I truly appreciate them for accommodating my party of 16 people for my birthday. Our server was great and did amazing. However, it was very hot in the entire building which was an unexpected inconvenience. Other than that, I loved the food, the drinks and the environment!

We’ve been to sixty vines so many times but this one was outstanding- Kayla our server was FABULOUS, she knew everything and took us on a wine tour. She was very attentive and energetic.

The food was fantastic, as always. However, the AC was clearly not functioning properly resulting in a very uncomfortable experience. I believe a note should have been sent out to everyone with reservations notifying them of the issue so the customers could be more prepared. IE wearing more comfortable clothing. We also had to refill our own wine glasses after the carafe was delivered to our table. This is such a great restaurant but they missed the mark last night. And we were celebrating big birthday.

Whitney, I can't apologize enough for how poorly our air conditioning functioned this past weekend. We have worked to get the situation resolved and look forward to much cooler days ahead. Conditions deteriorated quickly on Saturday night as our occupancy rose. We absolutely did not expect that and were caught off guard. I am so incredibly sorry. Your comment about sending a note to our guests regarding attire is a good point. We should have been more proactive. I take full responsibility and will do better. I like the restaurant, the wine list is amazing and so is the service. They validate parking which is a plus. The food is really good. I will be back.

My family of 4 loved our dinner. My two teen daughters enjoyed the vibe and pesto pasta, and I was thankful for an attentive server who happily accommodated my celiac (gluten free pizza and cheesecake). Fantastic wine selection too.
