Sooo yum! We went early so there were not a lot of people. The food was delish and the only reason for the 4 star was because I don't like parm cheese on my food and the pizza hass it on there. Otherwise the rest was delicious and the service was amazing!

We had a lovely wonderful meal. The choices were very inventive and great combinations of flavors. And the prices were very reasonable! We will be back!

Dinner last night with my wife. Everything Worked Beautifully. The ambience was very nice because it wasn't packed but still busy. nice background music in a relaxed atmosphere. Service - Outstanding! Pedro was a new server who was promoted up to server and he had a great attitude; very personable, gave genuine input on dishes; didn't try to steer us into the priciest dishes. He made sure we were ok all meal long, stopping in occasionally without being smothering. We also were visited by the Bar Manager and the GM on duty to see how things were going. Very nice of them. The drinks - Outstanding! My wife had two of their most popular Prosecco and it was great. I could care less about prosecco, cava or champagne but she said it was very nice. I had the Lieu Dit Cabernet Franc from St. Ynez Valley, CA. Wow! What a great wine with an abundance of layers of flavors and a lovely finish. Great with the Pork Chop I ordered. A Definite Must Have if you like American Cab Francs. The food - Again Outstanding! We started with a Charcuterie board and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Pedro added a little piece of honeycomb with honey which was a great touch. well done young man! My wife had the Chicken with Garbanzo and Mediterranean preparation and it was super tasty. Great execution. I went with the Grilled Pork Chop with fire roasted multi colored baby carrots. the chop was perfectly cooked. Nice light char outside, white and moist all the way through inside. The fire roasted baby carrots were delicious. charred, sweet and soft. Lastly, we finished with the Basque Cheesecake with the Luxardo cherries on top. I am a cheesecake lover and this one does not disappoint. The Luxardo cherries are a great addition to the cheesecake. The Value - Great! We got out of their with tip and just under $150.00 feeling like it was a great value given how great the experience was overall. Please note- I know this is a glowing revue. I was not paid for it. #ASKFORPEDRO

We had to have the Wood Roasted Cauliflower again, it’s that good. The Caesar Salad: gem lettuce, radicchio, Caesar dressing, pecorino crisp… very good, super fresh… not your typical Caesar, the dressing is subtle. For my entrée, I had the Pork Chop, this alone is worth a trip here. Highest quality, tender, perfectly cooked on the grill, just delicious. Served with a side of their great Carrots, but I switched them for those insanely good Crispy Fingerling Potatoes I’m now addicted to. Wow! We enjoyed the wines we ordered… Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc, Paul Hobbs Chardonnay, for red the 50/50 By Joe Wagner. Our waiter, Michael, was awesome. Such a great spot to enjoy fantastic food, nice wines, and excellent service served in a comfortable environment. Even the music they play is well chosen to enhance the experience. During dinner I had the opportunity meet their GM, Austin Schabel, who stopped by our table. I was impressed with his knowledge and the company’s commitment to excellence.

Usually when we go here our service is really bad and we have a group of 6 people. We decided to try it with just a party of 2 we were very pleased. Our waitress keara was amazing. I was celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday so we sat in a quiet location and it was a spectacular evening. Keara was by far the best waitress they have there. She gave us privacy but still kept in touch with a happy smile on her face. Hope to go back and see her again soon.

Loved sixty Vines. Wanted a quiet area to talk. The hostess was wonderful. She took us to a lovely room where the music could be lowered. Food delicious. Service spectacular

Started with a couple of things to share… Wood Roasted Cauliflower w/ whipped eggplant, grilled flatbread, chili oil… Harissa Shrimp w/ cracked olives, braised fennel, garlic, parsley. Both amazing! On the lunch menu, I can highly recommend The Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/ whipped feta, bacon, arugula, marinated peppers, vine ripe tomato. I’ll be back for this again… so good. Sandwiches are served with Crispy Fingerling Potatoes. Loved them! I must warn you; they are habit forming!! Others had salads they loved too. Roasted Carrots: tri-color carrots, sage brown butter, and dill are fantastic. For dessert, the Basque Cheesecake is a winner. Our server, Lisa, was amazing.

We had a wonderful dinner last night at Sixty Vines. We were greeted by Austin who also was amazing with his wine recommendations. The restaurant is beautiful and they have sixty wines on tap that are sold in various sizes giving you an opportunity to try many different varietals and styles. We elected to sit at the bar and John was great with us. We decided to split Crispy Zucchini, Grilled Golden Beets and a Spicy Sausage Pizza. They serve family style so everything is brought out at the same time - if you would prefer to have your appetizer/salad first, just tell them. The Zucchini was amazing - very lightly coated and served with delicious little peppers. The Grilled Golden Beets are served on whipped feta - fabulous. Both of these are small plates but a good size serving. My husband picked the pizza - I am not a big fan of fennel and this pizza has a lot on it. Not my favorite but he loved it. They offer outdoor dining which will be so nice when the weather cools off. If you are staying at the Boca Raton Marriott this restaurant is a short walk out the back door. Highly recommend.
