Olman is an excellent server and suggested a new dish on the menu, the CASARECCE, which was very tasty. We had the swordfish and the Ceasar salad. The swordfish was excellent with the escarole and sun choke puree.
One of the best Italian food I’ve ever had in LA, better than Bestia and Rossoblu on my book. The service was thoughtful and well executed. Price of the food is decent but slight disappointed with the progression of food, the main entree came out before the pasta dishes. Otherwise, the taste of their food is very much comparable to Gucci Osteria, which is a high accolade that I could give this place. Just found another favorite. I just wish they’ll serve seafood pasta or seafood salad in the future. Overall, worth dining for.
Love the food and ambience but it is one of those places that wants you to decide on ordering everything all at once which is inconvenient if you want to enjoy a slower dining experience. Would love it if they would let me order some starters with cocktails then decide on entrees. Other than that I love the restaurant.
Absolutely a must visit spot in LA! If you like family style meals, this is the spot for you. Too many good things to try to get one dish. 10/10
Great atmosphere and ambiance. The food was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place for a date night or gathering of good friends.
It would be nice if you had more US wines on your list!!
Great Experience! My boss was very satisfied with her business dinner
I though the food was outstanding (if a little small) and the atmosphere made for a great evening. In addition, the service was top-notch and the menu was diverse, with plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Brera is my favorite LA go-to fine dining restaurant. It has it all - a beautiful space, excellent food, fabulous service.
Absolutely incredible. Across the board a very good experience.
The food was mediocre given the prices. The cocktails were decent. The service was horrendous: multiple servers kept coming to our table and at one point the manager came to take our order but then literally grabbed a server and told him to take our order instead. There are far better options in the area.
The location, in an offbeat part of downtown LA, is all part of the ambience. The staff are super friendly and are very attentive. We went for dinner on a Saturday night, and the place was very busy, but our food came out in a timely manner and it all tasted great! We had the following appetizers and they were awesome: zucchini blossoms (highly recommend) and grilled polpo (octopus and really tasty). For dinner, we had the Tagliatelle pasta, and it was perfect! Brera does a great job in all areas. HIGHLY recommend it!
It was an absolute blast! Food was delicious and so was everyone who worked there. We will definitely visit again.
Maybe the best pizza I’ve ever had.
All the dishes were a bit salty and there wasn’t any dish that wowed us
Great take on old cocktails, delish beef cheek. Cappuccino to go was great as we were trying to catch a show.
Went for my wife’s birthday. The food was amazing and the staff was great. Will absolutely return and recommend to others.
Awesome food! Great service provided by Amanda & crew.
We will return to this gem once again.
The staff was great, cocktails exceptional and the food amazing thanks for an amazing experience.
Pizza was little salty for me
This restaurant never disappoints, so we keep coming back. Today my husband had the pasta with red meat sauce, Mom had the meatballs, and I had the mushroom, ham w/pesto pizza. We all enjoyed every bite. Jennifer at the reception was gracious and efficient as always, as was the wait staff.
Diavolina pizza with the spicy salami and flavorful san marzano sauce was delicious. The crust was pillowy and yummy. Drinks tasty but pricey for the serving size.
Food and ambiance was great! However, the service was very slow.
The appetizers are delicious and good choices for the meat eaters to the vegans. A couple of the entrée are a little off though. Portions will be tasty but sometimes the balance of flavors are a mix bag.
A perfect dinner experience. Clay was an exceptional choreographer for our evening. Helped us choose an exceptional wine (Barolo), was patient with our slow ordering, and helped with a food allergy. The food and cocktails were insanely delicious (la cura , Caesar salad, spinach gnocchi and pork shank) and we will return again for sure when in town! Super fun vibe.
the tagliolini with white truffle was stellar. We enjoyed the snapper but with lentils were a tad too spicy for the subtle flavor of the fish. Danielle is a great server and very attentive during our meal. My wife enjoyed the Japanese whisky cocktail.
Service was excellent!
Absolutely flawless pastas and my husband's preferred pizza place.
Wonderful time here as always. Food was delicious and service was amazing.
Everything was really good. The homemade bread is amazing 🤩
It was a beautiful restaurant with great food and service!
One of our favorite places for date night and celebrations. The patio is okay, definitely ask to sit inside. The food is incredible.
We had a great experience and our server was wonderful with excellent recommendations. The outside seating was perfectly heated for an evening dinner in LA. Each dish was very tasty.
Waiter did not put in main course, food came out 90 min after starters came out
We celebrated my friends birthday here and we loved it. if you like smaller crowds go when the restaurant first opens. After 7:30p the restaurant get crowded, but it’s also a great vibe. We loved the food, especially the pizza, dumplings and bone marrow dish.
Such delicious and authentic Italian food! The room is large, airy, & lovely allowing social distancing and conversation. Food is outstanding. Wine list is both extensive and reasonably priced in all categories. Wait staff is knowledgeable and smart. Our waitress discreetly asked before refilling water or wine which I really appreciated. The Somalier(and co-owner) Francine is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
Great little date spot! Great service and good food! Will be back
