   It’s probably a 3 star restuarant trying to be 5 star. Staff friendly but a lot of training required. Menu very limited albeit nice. Couldn’t make a non alcoholic cocktail or bitter lime soda. 2nd time there and probably not returning due to better options for dining in Hobart

   Food was pretty good but it would have been nice if the wait staff explained the dishes a little more to assist with getting the mix right between individual meals and options more suitable for share. Or indicate that the bread sizes were generous so we all didn't need to order a serve. Service was generally light touch eg we poured our wines, despite having a lot of staff on standing around.

   We loved the food. Delicious and very generous portion size serving. Service was great. We just found the atmosphere to lack warmth but these might be teething issues, we highly recommend anyway!

   A truly delightful meal! Everything was very delicious, attentive service. Just a little noisy but it was very busy. Definitely would recommend and go back again.

   We had an absolutely beautiful meal at Six Russell last night. Food was incredible, drinks were fantastic (thought would’ve liked to have been advised that bottles were available on a larger wine list). Highly recommend, and will definitely return.

   Exceptional food and service. Well priced with wonderful menu options. Ambience on the cold side. Recommend overall and will go again

   A small but delicious menu, service was impeccable. We have dined at a number of chic bistros in Melbourne and Six Russell exceeds some of those! The service was superb and the ambiance was lovely for a small bistro. I recommend a night out starting with Six Russell!

    Food was very nice, more filling than expected. The steak tar tare was my favourite full of flavour with nothing over powering. Would definitely eat here again.
