   Le service était courtois, chaleureux, profession et rapide. Une belle découverte. Le menu est varié et la nourriture très bonne.

   We were a party of 2 and was well welcome when we arrived at 7:34PM for our 7:30PM reservation. We were seated very quickly. The waiter took our orders for drinks and they were served fairly fast. The waiter then took our orders for entrée and Main course. That is where it started to go downhill. We waited over 1 hour without any updates from the staff on our entrée. When we approach the waiter for an update, his answer was a very unhelpful :''I don't know'' and storm out of reach without answering our follow up question to see if we could get a time estimate. 20 minutes later, he arrived at our table with an entrée that was not for our table since we did not order that particular entrée. When we calmly explain that it was a mistake because we did not order that entrée, the waiter insist on the fact that we did order that wrong entrée. After explaining a second time politely that it was a mistake, he left without any other comments with the plate. 15 minutes later, we realize that tables around us that arrive way after us, were starting to get the entree and even main course for some. Once again, we ask about an explanation on the long wait time. The waiter response this time was: ''It's not my fault. What you order take time. My manager his responsible and he is taking care of the situation.'' Before he could leave abruptly again, we request a time frame from him or the manager. 15 minutes later, no one came to provide information on the situation. At this point, we decide to leave and I went to see the waiter at the bar to inform him that we were leaving. He was in such a panic and insecure state that I had to reassure him that I was not there to put the blame on him. That it was just to long and therefor was going to go. I then request the bill for our drinks. The waiter offer to pay for our drinks. For working in restaurant myself, I always act with respect and understanding. Still, it was unpleasant and lack basic customer service. Thank you.

   We stayed in doubletree and wanted a relaxing dinner in the hotel. The food and service were beyond our expectations. A great dinning spot after a long day of walking around in bad weather!

   le vin suggéré n'étant pas tout à fait selon mes goûts, on me l'a facilement remplacé par un cocketail que j'avais apprécié en début de repas. merci

   Bon accueil, bon service, employés souriants et disponibles. Cocktail et nourriture corrects. Mais lieux très décevant. Semble en transition ? En rénovation ? Ce n'est pas clair, mais manque d'ambiance et décor plus qu'ordinaire.

   Great food. I tried the tuna tartare, and it was amazing! The ambiance is relax, good music, and you can ear each other talk. Very good experience overall.

    It was perfect. It was early enough before our show to enjoy a long leisurely chat, drink and meal.
