Sister's Barn is the South Bay's hidden gem for great BBQ in a great, family-friendly atmosphere. Everyone in our group of 8 loved the whole experience, from sitting outside under the heat lamps to sharing the delicious cornbread appetizer to splitting a couple orders of the yummy baked cookie dessert. My son ordered a Brandt ribeye French dip (on special) and just devoured it. I highly recommend the Brandt steak ribeye: Kobe / Wagyu like at 1/3 the price. Highly recommended!

Overall, our party was satisfied with their meals, but it seemed a bit high priced for what you received.

Great location and ambiance. Very friendly service. But the food needs some serious work. The BBQ is consistently dry. Sides are underdone or are waaaay over seasoned or waaaay under seasoned. There's a lot to want to like about Sisters'. With some fine tuning it could be a regular spot for me.

Flavor of the chili was nice, but the quality of the meat was average. No brisket available- out of 4 meat choices.

We found this place by driving by. The food was excellent and the owners were super friendly. We went back the next day for the flourless chocolate cake for a 2nd time. Worth the money.

Overpriced, over cooked overly small portioned food. We ordered 2 salads each one came without dressing. Cornbread was dry and tiny for $6 (one small piece). It came with a funky orange butter but ours didn’t so we had to ask. More bun than brisket. Service was terrible.

My son & hubby decided to take me here for Mother’s Day lunch. We’ve been wanting to try it since it opened so this was a goo occasion to do so & we were happy we did! It was not very busy yet although we had reservations. They had our table ready as soon as we walked in. It’s nicely decorated as a bbq restaurant, clean & open to the outdoors.

They have a large selection of craft beers. We ordered beers & a cider. The wait staff are very friendly & attentive.

We ordered the burger, baby back ribs, & the three item combo which had brisket, sausage & pulled pork. Everything was delicious but we especially liked the brisket. Brisket was smoked just right! I would recommend this bbq place!

Fantastic hospitality and excellent BBQ...I especially recommend the brisket and pulled pork.

The corn bread is some of the best I’ve had in a restaurant!

I’m looking forward to my next meal at Sisters’ Barn. It’s great to have real BBQ in Redondo.

Awesome owner and host. Food fantastic beenthrte twice. Salmon amazing. Crispy chicken wasn’t quite crispy enough and a touch dry. Homemade sauce compensated. Veggie sides so great. Carrots. Brussels Sprouts. Soup outstanding. Food simply made with locally bought veggies and meats and served on wood plank boards. Wine selection terrific. Definite recommend.

My husband and I tried Sisters for the first time with our dear friends. We all ordered different things so that we could all try everything on the menu. We loved the pickled veggies and both kinds of cornbread-a must get! Our favorites were the pulled pork and their homemade sausages-excellent! The brisket and ribs are also good, but I’ll go back for the pulled pork. There is s large selection of beer some on tap others by bottle. The wine selection is also good. Super friendly staff made it fun and very helpful with guidance for our selections. Restaurant is small so make reservations. Go and have fun!

Portion sizes for most items were good. Disappointed in the portion size of the brisket; one more piece would have been appropriate for the price and when compared to the pulled pork. In addition, the brisket was as little dry.

The meat was dry and the macaroni and cheese had no flavor. All of the food, except for my husband’s burger seemed like it had been cooked much earlier and reheated. The wine list was nice and the restaurant had a good feel. I wanted to like this place really bad but I can get much better food elsewhere for a $100 dinner.

We were looking for an open restaurant on Christmas eve. This restaurant is relatively new and we didnt know what to expect. We were so pleased and surprised to have such a wonderful meal. All of the food is made there and wonderful. They offered a great selection of beers and were very friendly. We will be back again soon.

This place was terrific! We drove down from
Ventura and met friends who drove up from San Diego. We found Sister’s Barn online and decided to try it as a meeting place for lunch. The food was great and the service was very professional and warm. Would definitely come again if I am ever in the area.
