Unfortunately the day we came there was a party in the main dining room so we were put in a large back room. We were dressed up and others were in jeans. The food was great and they were apologetic. The food sort of came at same time. So while we were eating appetizers the main course was coming out too early leaving no room on table. Because the food was so good I will go back. I asked for a martini and they didn’t have olives. Very nice people. The manager apologized for us being in that room.Is this helpful?

This was our first visit based on recommendations from a few friends. Food was above average but service was awful and very slow. It is a dysfunctional place with one person running the show taking orders from all tables/customers and handling checks. Others were waiters cleaning up or setting the table. It took 45 minutes to get our food. We spent over 90 minutes most of it waiting for attention and food. One guy was wiping a crate of water glasses right in the middle of the restaurant in plain view of clients eating their dinner. The place has the potential to be a good one to visit. Waiters looked shabby and not attentive to customer needs. I do not plan to revisit the place unless manager /owner takes pride in running a nice restaurant.Is this helpful?

We eat spicy/hot food but here the food was too hot. That made the whole experience so so. On top of that, service was below par which contributed to the overall not so good experience. Because there was a private event going on, we were moved to a much smaller area on a Saturday evening where the ambience was not that good. I was literally watching restaurant staff running to get to customer's orders. To get something, I had to literally ask for the same thing 4 times. All of these areas can be easily improved. I will provide some suggestions separately. I feel this restaurant has potential with a wide array of food choices and decent location.1 person found this helpful

While we let the server know this was our first time eating at an Indian restaurant, not only was she not helpful and unaccommodating, she misrepresented the items she steered us to and was visibly bothered when we expressed our dissatisfaction. While they replaced our entrees with others, the replacements arrived about 30 minutes and her descriptions of those items were as flawed as the original items. They should issue a disclaimer that if you are not experienced in Indian cuisine, best to have your initial experience at one of their competitors.Is this helpful?
