Sippenham and Philter brewing are excited to launch our first of many collaboration series. Philter, an iconic brewery in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West as well as the crew at Sippenham will be launching our first collaborative dining experience: Philter x Focaccia. Since our inception, our Focaccia has been one of our most celebrated snack options on the menu, with people travelling from all across town to enjoy our warm, fluffy and unique bread… but that’s not all. We are absolutely pumped to announce we will be running a one off lunch seating, offering 3 deli style sandwiches, made using our house made Focaccia as the base. From the second you walk in the door you're met with warm hospitality, energetic vibes and family love. The service was next level, but the food was even better. Probably the best lasagna I've ever had! I couldn't recommend this place more, this is a very special place.

Very happy with the experience and well worth visiting. Interesting dishes comining out of the ktichen prepared with obvious care. For a wine bar the wine list is very short and could do with being expanded when the venue has some more time under its belt. Friendly service.

We booked for our anniversary and wow we were blown away! Amazing food, generous portions, great vibe and excellent service from start to finish The beef shin lasagna is a must! I’m not surprised it’s mentioned in almost every review - easily the best lasagna we’ve tried. From the entrees to dessert every dish hit the mark Sippenham is the definition of a neighbourhood gem and you’ll understand why when you experience the food and atmosphere

Food was flavourful , pasta al dente , serving size decent. What let the experience down was the loud rap/ hip hop music. Not conducive to a wine and dine experience in my opinion. We were in and out in 40 minutes due to the music level. Perhaps the target market is for younger people. Wine list is also natural/organic.

Sippenham is a hidden gem! From the decor, to the layout to the delicious food. The vibes, service, food and drinks were immaculate. Highly recommend for a catch up with friends, date night, any occasion.

Food and service were fantastic. A real local gem. Great to have a really nice food and wine venue so close to home. Definitely be returning.

Amazing food and service. A very unique atmosphere and vibe. Would be looking to come again and also refer my friends and family to go as well.

Authentic. Made with love. Absolute devine! Could not fault any of the good. Still craving for more of that Beef Shin Lasagne. Perfect place for a pasta and wine night. Definitely going back. Highly Recommend
