Food was utterly pedestrian. Server was lovely
Nice enough for a hotel bar, but as a jumping-off point for an evening in town, it lacked the right kind of spark.
Went for New Year’s Eve. Great service and good prices. Will
When we arrived we were seated by a hostess who gave us 2 menus. The regular menu and a prefixed menu. It then took nearly 20 mins for someone to come to our table and take drink orders. Several people walked by our table and didn’t even acknowledge us. After we wait 20 mins I finally stop one of the people walking by and she says she will send the waiter over. the waiter finally comes over and tells us we can only order from the prefixed menu tonight. Ok fine. We’ve waited this long let’s just order. The menu is super limited. We are pescatarian so we opt for the bass. He then tells us they are out of bass and are trying to substitute salmon! The menu was $75... sorry but I wasn’t about to pay $75 for soup, salad, salmon and some chocolate for dessert!! By far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We left and went across the street to Allegria and had an excellent dining experience to bring on the new year.
Good salmon and great place for family time
Was told we couldnt sit at a reserved table after making reservations. Mentioned my reservation and found out the table I was told not to sit at was infact my table. Food was okay, under seasoned.
Had high hopes....left disappointed. Food was terrible and service very slow. Hotel lobby bar food.
Great place for family
Great place for a get together. Loved the Artesian Cheese Board and the flat bread was pretty good. The seats need a good cleaning.
You must make sure they checked you in for your points. They mentioned that they had difficulty finding the reservation.
The service was poor, so I didn't end up staying for food or drinks. I was sitting for 15 minutes before I had to go find a lobby receptionist so she could find a waiter or hostess to assist us.
Although we had extra items on the bill, the staff corrected the mistake and took care of us. Overall, a very good experience.
Nice lounge to share a drink and a bite. Cheese plate was tasty. He had a chicken sandwich and we shared his fries. Nice ambiance in the space. Definitely not a restaurant.
Appreciate that they validate parking. You need a key card for the restroom.
Nothing special at all.
Pricey and slow service.
Food was just OK.
They were great for our large party
Birthday dinner for good friend. Waitress/host was not aware of our reservation, but quickly made arrangements to sit our party of 10.
We arrived at SIP Lounge for lunch and no one was there to greet us. So, we went to the hotel desk and asked to have someone paged who could seat us and take our orders. The woman at the desk called and no one arrived. We waited 15 minutes and approached the desk again. The receptionist called again. We had placed a note on our reservation stating that we were attending the Long Beach Opera and had a time restraint. After waiting another five minutes, we realized that we needed to leave in order to keep our schedule. The hotel receptionist validated our parking. We went across the street to another OpenTable restaurant, Rock Bottom Brewery. Every thing at Rock Bottom Brewery was fine.
I came with my friend and her mother. We had a lovely time and the waitress was a doll. A wonderful place to go to unwind have a drink and relax.
This was a good find, we were seated inside right away as the patio was full with a large group. The servers were great and very attentive. The inside bar area was quiet and we were able to have a great date night conversation. For parking we valet and that was good due to handicap access. However the access to the restroom for someone with a disability was a bit of a walk from the restaurant.
Drinks were great. So was bar service. The food needs some work. You simply cannot get get steak temperature wrong. Rare is not Medium Rare is not Medium. The difference is significant. It's the single most important measure of kitchen quality. That being said, the sliders are a must!!
The place is great For casual nothing special. I came there because it was my birthday, and it was a bad day for me.
I wish at least I got a slice of cake or scoop of ice cream with a candle. Super sad because I had nothing
great food - kitchen open late - amazing cocktails/wine list - validated parking - friendly/helpful staff
All the staff seemed to be new so they had idea what they were doing.
Service and ambience were excellent
The Steak Frites was cooked to perfection. Drinks were superb!!
Service was a little slow but the waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu.
Dine LBC! Great menu, great drinks!
Our server Jackie remembered us from last year. She is super flexible and goes with the ever changing reservation we had for our party if 14.
Happy Hour M-F
Really good burger!
OPEN TABLE CONFIRMED OUR RESERVATION AND WE PARKED AND ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLY ONLY TO FIND THAT THE RESTAURANT HAD CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT ...
NO ONE THERE
We made a reservation and there was no one at the bar/restaurant I had to go to the front desk to ask if anyone was working there. Once located the bartender assisted a lady at the bar before us who had the reservations!
After all that the food was excellent! We ordered quite a few plates and tried to finish them all. Very satisfied with food quality and temperature. I would definitely go back!
