Sip & Savor
Amazingly relaxed, and delicious!
Everything was great as always!
Dined here for a girls night out, in a group of 4. We were promptly seated and the waitress/hostess was very friendly and attentive. Everyone was pleased with their meal- I had the tomato soup which was excellent, as well has the halibut which was rather bland unfortunately. It could have used some sort of light sauce. They have a great wine list and the old house is very charming. I'd like to go back again with my husband. Definitely worth a visit for something unique.
Delicious food. Pretty old house with tables in a variety of rooms in the house. Short ribs and shrimp and grits were fantastic.
Food and service was great!
We love Sip & Savor--if you have not been yet, you should definitely try it. They have 1/2 price bottles of wine on Tuesdays, and we love their "neighborhood nights" specials.
Great food and service!
I loved the restaurant and atmosphere- the tables were just a bit close together and I felt a little jam packed and awkward between two tables where I could almost literally reach out and touch my neighbors and hear all details of their conversations. But the waitstaff was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. They were very inviting and warm and allowed us to explore the home after we ate.
A definite special place. Food was Fabulous, atmosphere and service. I really love this place!
Great ambience, wonderful food and a plethora of wines to choose from. I really enjoy coming here
One of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and the service is always top notch. Can’t wait to go back soon!
I have driven by this place a thousand times and finally tried it out. The owners took time out to visit our table and give us a little history about the place (very nice people) The food was great and the wait staff was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Great experience!!
Sip & Savor is a favorite of our family.
This is a totally cute and fun night out. A fantastic alternative to other wine and bite places . Less pretentious, better food, excellent setting. It’s like hanging out at home but you didn’t have to do a thing.
This was a repeat visit to Sip and Savor. We were pleased. The food was well prepared. Our server was great although the kitchen was held up with a large group downstairs. The wine list is nice. Overall we were pleased with our visit.
Outstanding as usual. The neighborhood specials are a terrific value.
Service was exceptional again, Samatha is terrific. Had the special and a flat bread, we noth enjoyed it and will be back
Everything was amazing! The cheese board and bread were delicious. The Pinot Noir was well paired. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The loaded gnocchi was unlike any other. We finished with the coconut cream pie which was divine. This place continues to be on the top of my favorite places to eat. We will be back:)
Great food, wonderful waitstaff! Definitely go back!
First time to visit this restaurant. The house itself has been a staple of Plano for decades. So, I was thrilled to be able to experience it all. Great food and wine!! Quaint house and very friendly wait staff. Pricey but worth it.
Great as usual.
Excellent service, superb food, lovely environment. A real gem of a place. The owners are down to earth and solicitous, the staff is uniformly excellent, and the food is wonderful.
Sip & Savor is a gem tucked in the middle of Plano. The food, the wine selection, and the service is always spot on! Highly recommend you give it a try.
The prices were high for the quality especially the wine prices, food prices are ok considering. Feels like you are stepping back into the early 1900's amidst the urban sprawl. High on romantic. great on atmosphere and good on food. Steaks are iron fried and not grilled like I would have preferred.
Great server!!! Food was fresh and good! The stuffed avocado app was AMAZING!!! I’ll be back for that and the awesome service
Very good wine selection, bottles were well priced. The food was a little bland, had Halibut, could have used more imaginative seasoning, was a little salt and pepper, cooked in oil. Another diner had the scallops with the same comment. Small rooms, we had a party of six, shared with another party of two, the room was full. Overall good, the server was very attentive, but not overly.
A lovely, quiet restaurant with great food and a deep and interesting wine selection.
Our server was very energetic and pleasant. The food quality was great. Price was reasonable and the venue is really clean and historic. Great experience!
We loved how cute the home was. The menu was limited, but still appealing. The noodles in the shrimp fettuccine were delicious and my husband loved the steak. He did miss a crust on the steak, but loved that it was cooked to how he liked it. We enjoyed visiting with the owner/manager when he came to ask what we were celebrating. It was a very nice dining experience.
What a lovely place this is! The food is fantastic; the people are friendly, ambiance is great. Highly recommend!
Always love coming to Sip and Savor. The food is wonderful and wine selection great. The owners are always on site and eager to please.
The salmon was dry and no flavor. The ribs small, but very good. For the price - no.
Mary and I are new to the area and we love it. Both dining experiences were exceptional. Being in an old farm house in the middle of Suburban Hell and Strip Mall hell is such a great escape. The food is as good as the finest restaurants anywhere. Oh and the desserts are to die for. We highly recommend it.
Great food and the wine tasting was a lot of fun! Try the fig and pancetta flatbread.
Pricey but DELISH! I don't even like tomatoes but the soup is a MIST HAVE.
Food was delicious, service was excellent and it was cozy. Perfect place for a date or to cele a special occasion.
We have visited this restaurant every week since they opened 7 years ago! Great quality food, wine and atmosphere. A true gem in Plano!
Super nice and quaint! Good food and great service
